We had a great short break in a lovely modern stylish accommodation - perfect :)

The complex was very nice, stylish and modern. The apartment layout is perfect with everything you could need. The parking was great which can not be over stated for a stay in Brixham and its very narrow one way roads.

All very very minor but as you asked. The shower could have been better - we have very powerful showers at home though so its not a fair comparison. My 15yr son struggled with the length of the single duvets so we doubled them up with the one on the spare bed. The location to Brixham harbour was always going to be a trade-off (15/20 mins instead of 5/10mins) - we choice this modern comfy, stylish accommodation with great views and parking. over a closer to the town centre, older less modern and potential nightmare parking possibilities.

Excellent appartment, perfect weekend. Will try to return.

It was perfect for our long weekend break with our adult daughter, we also saw friends from Paignton. There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, spotlessly clean, even the weather was perfect, unbelievable for early October.

Hard to think of anything really, maybe the windows outside, especially in the bedrooms, could do with cleaning.

A perfect getaway in a beautiful location

The view from the balcony was wonderful as well as it being a real suntrap throughout the morning and well into the afternoon, perfect for sitting out and unwinding. The swimming pool was a bonus in the hot weather. The dishwasher was very useful with 4 adults staying. Exceptionally comfortable beds! Nice gated, quiet complex with no through traffic. A real home from home, we'll definitely be booking again!

I am struggling to find anything negative about this property, apart from the bedrooms being quite small but this was clear on the property photos and they have made the best use of available space.

Fantastic views over the cove, brilliant holiday home, on site locals were very welcoming

Only gripe was the landscape which was quite hilly
