Enjoyed the amazing views and watching the fishing boats.

The location was great. A short walk down into Brixham. The views from the house are the very best thing. The bedroom was our favourite room wirh the big window to see the view and that it completely opened.The balcony and garden were nice with good views also but because the weather was cold and windy we didn't use them which was a shame. We were lucky and managed to park on the street every day.

There was a strong musty smell when we walked in and it was much stronger on the bottom level in the kitchen area. If the weather had been nicer and we were able to have the doors open it may have helped. The kitchen cupboards had a strong musty smell although everything looked very clean. The armchairs were very comfortable and great for looking at the view but we missed having a sofa as an option, which is just a preference.

bathroom door could do with some WD40 as v squeaky which wakes up others if need to visit during the night. Maybe a fan in each bedroom.

A great location with fantastic views from all three levels of the house. So well equipped even down to the binoculars...and wine cooler.

Relaxing and lovely

Excellent views. The cottage had everything you need including coffee, dish washing liquid etc … all the little things that you usually need to go and buy when self catering. Really comfortable stay. Lovely

We loved staying here particularly the fantastic views from all three floors of the cottage. When it was not warm enough to sit outside the view from the lounge sitting by the floor to ceiling windows was superb. No problem with the on street parking.
