Perfect size for us , location was ok , the walk down into Brixham was a tad arduous , but we’re both in our 70s , a younger couple would find it easy , it was great we had our own parking bay right next to the front door , very peaceful and quiet
We liked every thing about the property , the only thing I would say , it could do with providing lids for the pans as using them created a lot of steam depending on what you were cooking

Location great, generally clean, and great views.
Second bedroom very spacious, living area good size, for family of three.
No bathroom blind or curtains etc, felt exposed, especially at night with light on, so I put a bin liner up all week at the window. Heater instructions for bedroom too much to read and hard to use, so was cold at times as it was October. Beds very hard for me. The shower wouldn't get hot, but there was a bath.
