La ubicación justo enfrente del mercado y muy cerca de la Ópera está genial, se puede andar a todas partes en el centro. El piso es grande y bien equipado, con una decoración bonita y acogedora. Las camas son cómodas y espaciosas.

La puerta del baño cruje y la ventilación hace mucho ruido. Todo lo demás perfecto!

Great location, apartment has lots of light, good for a family of 3 people.

We wanted to use washing machine last day before departure and it was not working. The tech support team promised to get it fixed but after several hours of waiting they said they have another matter to attend to and would do it next day which was not acceptable. Yulia who is handling customer communication was very polite and trying to help though.

the location is next to the public market, we were be exposed to stealing experience while we are eating our breakfast in Naschmarkt, the apartment is noisy as it’s on the street directly opposite to the Naschmarkt. the building is full of disgusting smell due to one of the restaurants having their kitchen in the same building. the apartment is not clean enough especially the sofa couch in the living room there is some kind of dried liquid on it the floor of the living room is dark brown where it’s does not show easily whether it’s clean or not, but it’s very clear it was not shiny where it seems not clean. the hotel admin barely responds to chats over booking.com and not active on responding to emails. The good thing that they accepted our late check out by an hour late
