    We stayed 4 nights with regrets as it was expensive, not value for money. Front desk staff, Khalid, displayed discriminative treatment to us, spoke little with sulky face right from the time we checked in. We interacted with him couple of times during our stay and observed he is selective in welcoming different guests! Everything is basic, nothing special to mention about. Room floor is laminated st footsteps can be heard esp at night.

    I would like to thank the staff at the hotel especially Alexandera who helped us with great recommendations for restaurants and places for sightseeing seeing. Because it was my sisters birthday, they gave us complimentary breakfast. Amazing staff and perfect location

    Would recommend this place for any duration in Vienna. The location is excellent - 4 mins by foot from hbf. The service & staff is great 👍🏻

    Super Clean, spacious ( we take large room for 3 adults, good ), convenient, quiet, safe, nice breakfast ( all kinds of bread, mini custard and cinnamon roll, sausage, bacon-very nice, all kinds of fruit jam, cereal, yogurt, fruits, cheese, butter, ham, salami, smoke bacon, coffee, tea, fruit juice….), 3 groceries shop opposite the road, laundry walk 3 minutes, metro walk 3 minutes, main train station walk 5-8 minutes,.
