    Very helpful staff and really great location (just around the corner from Wien HBF station). Room was very spacious, very comfortable, clean and peaceful. Highly recommended!

    I was planning to stay at this hotel for 2 nights from Feb 14. When I arrived the reception assigned me room near elevator I came up and sensed a strong of bad smell( not sure abt what’s that ) and I went down to reception and requested to change room. The reception said it was the last room and the hotel is fully booked . I waited there and found out there were another two groups of ppl checking in - one is couple and another is bunch of students. I don’t think my room was the last one in this case. But the receptionist was very strong handed and said I could write an email to request refund when the manager is back on Monday. It had been 2 days and I haven’t not received from them yet. Really disappointed not recommended!
