    I would like to explain the bad experience in your hotel For check-in system.I and another guest have to wait in front of the self check in machine so long. I have booked your apartment till 16:30 I have tried to contact the staff many times and wait for him again and again. Finally I can go to stay at the room at 21.00 TT

    I was sort of anxious while reading negative reviews from former guests of this property in the recent period. Yet, I got super nice, tidy, clean, and comfy room with almost completed amenities. Only there was no aircon or heater that and the tv channels were not thar varied. The check-in process was kinda challenging because the machine had not English option. However, the property sent the procedure for check-in/out so it's little easy. The distance to the metro was okay, not too closed nor too far. And it had an elevator too!

    We booked a room with full kitchennette as we went to Vienna at Christmas time. The photos showed an oven and hob. Yet the room we had didnt have any oven. There was no response from the team on any message we left in chat. There is no contact number to speak with them. It is self checkin, so no one meets you in person. Really disappointing

    While the venue is of an acceptable cleanliness and condition was sufficient, the customer service was terrible. In the first place, everything was communicated in German only. When a venue was self-check in, it means that guidance and online communication must be next to perfect. After booking the venue a standard message was sent to us with a link that does no work. When i called to ask for the link, the reply from the German accented lady was it is not my job. I added an additional night to my booking and wanted to request for the same room, so that i did not have to check out. After sending 5 emails there was no response. I had to force Agoda to communicate with the venue which gave the answer not possible. I paid the same price for both rooms. Keeping us in the same room would have saved them one day of cleaning. The lady said no and that was the end of it. So on the said day, I checked out electronically and rechecked in the 3 hours later. thereby wasting half a day sitting at the unmanned lounge. Lo and Behold, I was consequently issued the same room again. Room 16. So it seems the lady who replied to Agoda could not be bothered to even check and inform that the room for the extra night would be the same.
