    Hotel was very spacious and clean. Staffs were helpful. However the facilities were a bit misplaced.

    This hotel is good except that the automatic check‑in machine assigned the wrong room number to us. When we arrived, someone was already inside. Hopefully this isn’t a frequent bug. The staff apologized, but we still felt a bit uncomfortable, thinking someone might accidentally open our door again without us knowing. Everything else was fine, and the location is not too far from the tram.

    This hotel met or exceeded my expectations. The daily free coffee was much much better than I was expecting. At the price point, this was an excellent choice. I will book here again next time I am in Vienna.
