Hotel directly opposite main train station - great for connections.
The reception staff were always super friendly and helpful.
Bed very comfy and big.
Room very spacious!
Air con effective if a little noisy.
I paid about £100 a night and i think that is an appropriate price point for room with balcony.
It's not in the centre of Vienna as such.
It's dated. It looks like it was last renovated in the 70s. My carpet had holes and a stain in my room.
wifi kept going on and off and I had to keep reconnecting.
No furniture on balcony.

breakfast was ok for us. The staff are ok. Balcony was ok, Location was perfect.
The toilet smelled really bad, like urine, to the point that I felt like I was going to faint. I tried scrubbing it myself several times using the liquid soap, but it still made no difference. The cleaning itself was actually good, but I think the smell was coming from the pipes or plumbing. It was a huge disappointment.
