    The location is quite good, since it is close from the Stadtpark Metro Station, and downtown is only a few-minutes away by foot. The carpeted floor aggravated my allergies, so it would have been better if the room had wooden floors. The rooms are big enough for a family with small kids, and there is a sink, fridge and microwave, which is also convenient for families. The AC worked very well, therefore a good place for those who visit Vienna in the summer. However, the cleaning was not perfect but bearable. The worst point of this facility was the unfriendly staff. although their info booklet said breakfast starts from 18:30, when I went downstairs to walk in, a lady from the kitchen yelled saying it is not ready and tole me to sit in the hallway. Although I understood food was not there, a little flexibility would have been nice and let me get in and sit at the table rather than complaining to me that the info booklet was printed 2 years ago so it is no longer valid, and it is not her own fault. Later the manager came to profusely apologize for making me stand in the hallway and not be flexible, even offered free breakfast as a token of apologies (I deliberately do not choose 'breakfast included' options when reserving a place, since I think it is usually overpriced and I always find a good place around the neighborhood to eat breakfast.)< I delined and told her how much money she lost because of that rude staff (almost 500 Euros for my stay). Later, I found a 'Michelin' restaurant around the corner (called 'Apron', please try it out if you are in Vienna) and spend the money there instead of this hotel! So all in all, staff training is not up to par, and some are pretty nasty and rude, so if you are seeking a total service pack, this is not the place to go. However, if you are looking for a suite for the family and this level of service is bearable, go for it.

    The staff is friendly, the room is clean (the location is close to the station), and the price is reasonable because of a promotion. However, a suggestion would be to provide milk or creamer sachets in the room. Not really looking the facilities because we only stay 1 night. But anw we maybe will cameback again.Thank you.

    숙소의 크기가 정말 크고, 요리를 할 수 있다는 점이 정말 좋습니다. 숙소 근처에 마트가 있어서 소세시를 구워서 샌드위치를 만들어 먹고, 요거트에 과일을 넣어서 식사를 했습니다. 식탁도 있고 화장실도 크고 너무 만족스럽습니다. 집 앞에 공원도 정말 좋습니다! 다음에 온다면 여기에 다시 묵고싶을 정도입니다. 강추합니다.
