The location is perfect as we arrived via CAT and it is easy walking distance from there and to the city centre. We got early check-in for no extra charge and the reception was friendly.
The tap was loose in the bathroom, no curtains on the windows. There are blinds but these do not block the light during the long summer days

Location was AMAZING. Very near Raiffeisen Bank International headquarters. The place was very quiet and clean. The receptionist was also very kind, she helped me check-in even without asking to which was nice. I would recommend this place as it's 3-4 min from Wien Mitte where you can get everywhere in Vienna.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Danube canal view, also 7 min walk to metro station, line S7 to connect back and forth to airport. Few steps away from Stadtpark. Very clean room, good size shower, easy checking. The Ac takes a little while to cool down the room, but it works. Room is very small but it has a big bathroom and a nice closet.

Overall location is good (close to public transit), quiet neighborhood. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room is larger than expected.
Though building is newly renovated, it’s poorly constructed. Building looked unfinished with sloppy paint jobs. Also the actual “hotel” is in a different building with a creepy looking entrance that felt unsafe. Had I known this, would have likely picked a different location. If this does not matter to you then good value for your money.
