    Overall oke, but please repair the elevator. Its so hard to go to 4th floor with big suitcases.

    Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. First, this is not a traditional hotel but rather a suite or apartment-style accommodation. There is no daily cleaning, trash collection, or bed-making service. While that might be acceptable for a short stay, the main issue was the heating. We reported that the heating was not working, and with outdoor temperatures around -8°C, the room was extremely cold. We had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm. Although we were told someone would fix it, no one came, and the second night was even colder. Additionally, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, which could be problematic for guests with back issues. It definitely needs replacing. Finally, there is no reception, which makes resolving issues even more difficult. Overall, we would not recommend this property, especially during cold weather. On the positive side, the location is excellent. There is a train station just steps away and a tram stop about 500 meters from the property. The area also offers plenty of shops and affordable dining options.

    Bathroom smells bad. Mattress is not orthopedic, very uncomfortable, soft, foam rubber only. Hello back pain. Bedsheets with dirty spots. Very noisy outside at night. Good point on that hotel is breakfasts.

    Self check in. Our room heating system does not work. Message the property, No one is replying. Location is ok. Near restaurants and supermarkets
