    Overall, my experience at Novotel was good. The neighborhood felt safe, and the room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping provided fresh, clean bath and face towels daily. However, there were a few issues. Before traveling, I had several questions regarding my stay, but I was unable to contact the hotel. They did not respond to my inquiries through either email or Agoda, which was quite frustrating. I had also requested a higher-floor room through Agoda, but I was assigned a ground-floor (Level 1) room that opened directly onto the garden. While the area was safe, I would have preferred a higher floor as requested. Additionally, the room door lacked a security latch (or swing-bar lock) on the inside. It could only be secured with a key lock, which made me feel less safe as a solo traveler. On a positive note, the room itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff promptly provided an iron and ironing board upon request, although these were not available in the room by default. Overall, despite communication issues and room-assignment concerns, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

    I love my stay here. The room was spacious and the bed is sooo comfy. Also just a stone throw away from the metro station. 😊

    The temperatures in Vienna was crossing 30 degree Celsius but the Acs were not working. Upon asking the staff they were saying that the AC are centralised and currently running on Winter mode. They need ro change the settings to summer mode but that will happen only once the technician comes. And the technician never came in our 5 days of stay. Not expected from a big brand like Novotel. Pathetic. To compensate, they just have a small table fan in the room. Very poor. Location is good as it is next to U1 metro station.
