The location and facilities were great. 2-3 mins walk to metro with nice Danube river view.The room was spacious but very dark. Especially during the night which caused a lot of inconvenience. The true night mare was the weak air conditioning, there was no air ventilation in the room with the temperature constantly at 28-30 degrees. During day time the heat was very bad. We asked the reception and they said the whole building has the same air conditioning however L1 was a lot cooler so we doubt if the aircon was the same and the aircon of our room was broken.
For four nights because of the heat we had poor sleep. This is terrible for summer. We definitely will not recommend this place during summer.
However we need to praise the staff for being helpful by providing us an extra lamp and a fan . But it did not help a lot with the darkness and heat.
The managing should try to improve the air conditioning of the room and air ventilation especially it’s summer now.
