    the price was cheap and the its location was great everything is close by. I had a single room which i found to be quite nice. The other reviews scared me but i had a great experience would definitely come again. the only issue i found was that noise does travel and you can hear people around you but if you are sightseeing it shouldn't be a problem as theres no noise during the night.

    The room was ok, you get what you pay for. The check-in and access procedure for this hotel is absolutely appalling. If you're looking for an enjoyable, stress-free visit to Vienna, I strongly advise you to choose another Hotel.

    •Did not receive the keys to enter by email. Had I not called them before 9 pm, I would be stranded. Telephone lines are closed from 9 pm to 9 am. • The room was foul smelling. • The toilet was blocked with stain on toilet bowl in the evening. I was horrified to see that the shower cubicle was also not draining in the morning. •Wrote an email marked as urgent in the morning. Nobody acknowledged even after 4 hours. I had to repeatedly call them to get them fixed by the following evening. • The mirror light was not working. The toilet was poorly illuminated. They got it fixed after 2 days. • Got an email apologising after 4 days and asking me to send pictures to help them in investigations! •They offered a 10% discount. I requested a discount for a day as I was checking out a day early. I wrote that I do not carry mobile to toilets and shower cubicles and suggested them to monitor their housekeeping activity on video calls. ,•They refused to offer any discount despite failing in their obligations.
