Location- right across from Wien HBF train station. Subway station around the corner for red ( main) line. Friendly staff. I asked for a quiet room and it was. No noise from street or station.
There were no spare electrical plugs in the room, just 2 USB charger ports. Not an issue for me but it might be for others. The room for my prior stay had 2 USB ports and 2 electrical outlets. Note, there are 2 electrical outlets in the room but the light and USB unit are plugged into them. You could use those I guess.

Good location, close to metro and train station which made travelling around the city and the airport very easy. Good value for money. The staff was great and the room was clean.
Although very clean, the place could use a bit of renovating.

The location was very easy to get to. Extremely convenient and the room space is good. The room was clean.
The wifi did not work throughout the stay. When mentioned the receptionist thanked me for telling her but proceeded to do nothing about it. The rooms are definately not sound proof, we could hear our neighbours. The whole room shakes when a door in the corridor closes. The corridor shows that the hotel needa renovation.
