Garner Hotel Vienna by IHG

Super clean rooms, we had two rooms, spacious, quiet side of the courtyard. Breakfast - outstanding for 3star hotel, great choice, all the refills constantly going. Special thank you to Angelo and Muslija (receptionists), Angelo - a young lad very helpful and polite, credit to this guy! blond lady working on the 1st off July too. Just excellent receptionists. Location just amazing, across the train station.

Owners - the first impression walking hallways - oh needs a lick of paint on the walls, really does. We thought - oh my… where we got ourselves in, but then pleasant surprise in the rooms. Our view was just another wall, but we don’t complain because it was 42C outside and the shade from the courtyard created coolness. Another thing, no AC in the rooms but only a small fan, which did the job but AC would have been nice.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely! The location is very convenient, especially if you're arriving by train, as it's next to the station. You can reach most places in Vienna within 20 minutes via public transportation. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, my room, which was on the back side, was quiet.

The walls were thin, so you could hear your neighbors and people walking in the hallway. The water pressure was low while showering, making it difficult to find the right balance between warm and cold water.

Nice decor, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, great location. Overall great value for money.

Would be a 10/10 for me it it had a kettle and iron. Otherwise perfect!

The location was very easy to get to. Extremely convenient and the room space is good. The room was clean.

The wifi did not work throughout the stay. When mentioned the receptionist thanked me for telling her but proceeded to do nothing about it. The rooms are definately not sound proof, we could hear our neighbours. The whole room shakes when a door in the corridor closes. The corridor shows that the hotel needa renovation.
