Amazing. Very comfortable bed, great location, friendly stuff and big bathroom.

One of the towels was dirty. A wall mirror would be a great addition to the room as well as a fridge. But these are minor compared to the comfort we experienced.

Like hotel ideal location to train station several restaurants mall

We’re kind seniors and with our luggage to take up 3 flight stairs was pretty difficult There should be elevators they told us if we like close to elevators we would pay extra and that’s ridiculous hotel should be mobile for people who are seniors too

Very convenient location close to the main station, a metro station and a tram stop. It seems that a lot of the staff have Italian connections, so unsurprisingly the food was delicious and made with quality produce. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was particularly busy in the evening and the breakfast menu was varied. There was a nice atmosphere around the place and the staff were friendly, helpful and discreet. Our room had twin beds which were most comfortable. We stayed in one of their bedrooms that had been recently done up in a tasteful manner. The place felt clean with nice balance of old and modern features. I would definitely go back !
