Like the ambience of room

The facilities, the dental kit was not there.Also the late checkout was not complementary agreed.

The location was very convenient. We were on foot from the train station and to the city center. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

The bed was a bit soft for us, and water sprayed out on the washroom floor by jshowering. We had to dry the floor ourselves after the showers.

Clean and modern

Unfortunately, the back door lock in our original room was broken when we arrived. As the property was fully booked, we were moved to a much smaller studio. We were not informed beforehand that the replacement room would be significantly smaller, and we had assumed it would be of a similar size to the one we originally booked. As a result, we found the space quite limited and not consistent with the photos and expectations created by our original reservation. Another surprise was the late check-out policy, which charges €20 for an extra hour. While this may be common locally, it is not something we have encountered often. Had the lock in the original room not been broken, our stay likely would have been perfectly fine. However, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that communication and customer service could have been better. Consequently, we did not leave with particularly fond memories of our stay. That said, to be fair, most of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The issue seemed to be more with inconsistent communication rather than the staff as a whole.
