We had a great holiday the apartment was as seen and we loved the size and the cleanliness. It have everything that was needed for a city break . Reception staff were friendly and the location was perfect for travel around the city. You can also get the airport bus for 11 euros direct no stops

The reason we booked this apartment as so many to choose from was the outside space so after doing all the site seeing you could relax outside however there is no outside space not sure why they have not removed the photos but if you go up the top it’s closed and overgrown. You cannot get out . There are offices directly opposite so you have to keep the curtain netting over which makes the room dark

Very clean and staff welcoming.

Great location near the train station and it’s within walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Check in was quick if you fill in their online form beforehand. Room was clean and comfortable.

Shower area is not fully enclosed so bathroom floors can get wet if you’re a messy shower.

Great location and the area is safe & clean to walk around at night considering how close it is to a major transportation hub

Unfortunately, the back door lock in our original room was broken when we arrived. As the property was fully booked, we were moved to a much smaller studio. We were not informed beforehand that the replacement room would be significantly smaller, and we had assumed it would be of a similar size to the one we originally booked. As a result, we found the space quite limited and not consistent with the photos and expectations created by our original reservation. Another surprise was the late check-out policy, which charges €20 for an extra hour. While this may be common locally, it is not something we have encountered often. Had the lock in the original room not been broken, our stay likely would have been perfectly fine. However, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that communication and customer service could have been better. Consequently, we did not leave with particularly fond memories of our stay. That said, to be fair, most of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The issue seemed to be more with inconsistent communication rather than the staff as a whole.
