The room was spacious, and there was a vending machine available, making it convenient to purchase snacks and beverages.

- Do not book two rooms. The website seems to have a bug. When I could open one room’s page, the other room’s page could not be opened at all. I had to keep refreshing the website on many devices to try to access the room page I wanted. I reported this problem to the staff and owner, but they did not take it seriously, and their replies made it seem like it was my problem. - Communication with the staff was also very disappointing. I tried to contact them in different ways. When I sent a message through Booking.com chat, they replied by email. When I replied to the email, I received no response. Later, they sent another message again in Booking.com chat but talked about a different topic. I had already replied through both email and Booking.com chat, but in the end, the owner replied saying, “If you don’t read our messages, it is a self check in house and it is really hard to give you comfort,” which was unfair because I had tried many times to communicate.
