Location is brilliant, staff are very friendly and helpful. Not in the centre, but in a very useful part of Vienna and gives access to some great local restaurants (Gasthaus Buchecker & Sohn is an amazing, authentic Viennese restaurant — 7 minutes' walk) and I really think this place is a convenient little gem.
If the bathroom was spruced up a bit, and glass / cup changed with daily clean, that would help. Shower was not unclean yet was not pristine. This is picky, but honest — great place for me yet I could see some being less impressed by this: it could be even better.

Very nice option for a stay in Vienna. Located in a quite area, but within walking distance from the center, train station and with tram right in front of the door.

Staff were very friendly and the location to most things we planned on doing was good.
Breakfast was ok with the same choices each day.
The safe was locked when we arrived and requested that it be opened for us, it was still locked when we left.
Housekeeping was a bit lax, we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to reception to get a new roll.
