Staff were very friendly and the location to most things we planned on doing was good.
Breakfast was ok with the same choices each day.
The safe was locked when we arrived and requested that it be opened for us, it was still locked when we left.
Housekeeping was a bit lax, we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to reception to get a new roll.

I was overall very happy with my stay. The stuff was friendly, the room was nice. The breakfast had everything I needed with a good coffee machine. I had also a small kitchen in my room including microwave and some basic kettle which was very useful.
The furniture and equipment are old-(style), but still very good value for the money.

Amazing breakfast, classic Vienna feeling.
Facilities were a bit outdated, hotel could use a renovation, but nothing major. Still a pleasant stay all in all.
