I love this hotel! So modern, clean, spacious, and up to date with all amenities

Great location near the U-Bahn and in walking distance to nice streets and places. Well designed interior and everything looked still in good shape. Helpful and friendly staff. We didn’t go to the breakfast but had a really good coffee at the bar.

It's modern, clean, they offer bathroom amentities. They have a good service oriented approach - everyone was helpful and friendly. It was a good solid stay. Not exceeding expectation but a good option in town if you need to visit Vienna.

I sent in advance the company invoice details but needed to repeat those during check-in. That could be improved. The price was a bit too high for the period I stayed. The breakfast operations seemed a bit uncoordinated - the selection they offered is good but it would be better to approach guest and asked if its their first day and then quickly explain how it works with the a la carte menu vs the general offer. No one explained it to me and therefore I was left confused. It would be great if they offer an online portal to order additional amentities like towels and bottle of water and all that. I encountered as well problems with the taxi pick-up. It would be great if the hotel has a fixed driver base that is trained on the pick up of guests as the hotel is a bit hidden and i encountered a conflict between two drivers that have been called by the hotel and they complained about bad communication from the reception staff.
