There are simply not enough words to describe how charismatic, warm, and absolutely perfect this hotel is in every possible detail. From the very first moment, the atmosphere feels special. The ladies at the reception are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, setting the tone for an outstanding stay. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated – elegant, stylish, and full of thoughtful details that make the entire experience feel refined yet very comfortable. A special highlight is the restaurant on the seventh floor. The breakfast is truly exceptional – not only because of the outstanding quality and variety of the food, but also because of the atmosphere, the service, and the overall energy of the place. Everything feels effortless, yet perfectly executed. Overall, this hotel is much more than just accommodation – it is an experience in itself. Without a doubt, it was one of the absolute highlights of our stay in Vienna.

Beautiful rooms and great location with a small but useful gym room and a lovely rooftop view of Vienna.

I thought the value for the price was a little off. Was expecting a little more room decor or interior design touches for the price I paid for the deluxe room. But it was very nice all the same.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and had delicious cocktails and dinner.
