Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Mariahilf

The location was in the shopping district and close to the orange and green metro lines. There were cafes close by and many restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Free espresso machine on the breakfast area and free (warm) water in the lobby. Nice sized room.

Our room on the 3rd floor never seemed to get cool enough and despite the high 99 degree temperatures the only bedding was a heavy comforter. I had to get a sheet from housekeeping because the room was really hot. Also the shower stall was really small and a huge step up into it, which made it really dangerous.?

Very clean, nice room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast with many choices. Staff very friendly!!

We had booked a Twin room but were given a double . This was NOT the fault of the hotel, but booking.com. The Hotel showed us that the wrong message had been put on to them, which was the booking of a double room… Staff were excellent, and provided an extra duvet for us, however, couldn’t give us a twin room, as they were sold out. When booking a twin via booking.com, I should be in the position to actually trust that this is what I will get… (and no, it wasn’t one of those ‘if available’ options, I had a clear confirmation it would be a twin room).

Shower cubicle was a bit small.

The hotel is well located. The room is an average size but has most of the amenities. Staff were excellent, always polite and very helpful

Breakfast options were very limited in relation to price.
