Good location, clean room, friendly staff
Small room for 2 adults and a 10Y kid, breakfast could be better - i experienced much better variety in Vienna hotels. Hotel was undergoing some renovation but it was not influencing our stay.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The room was small, for two people, while there were three of us. They had put a portable bed, so the space was smaller. The bathroom was also small. The food was average.

Bed was comfortable room was clean
Was given wrong room to start with not one I booked so had to change and then there was no hot water for our last night there. Staff tried to help but seems the whole hotel had no hot water as every room checked was cold.
Renovations were also going on and room walls are quiet thin so can easily hear people talking loudly in other rooms.
