The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities! The bed was also quite comfy.

The lobby area was spacious with a full breakfast and bar. I had an iced latte every morning there and it was delicious. There was a nice patio to sit outside. The room was spacious and clean.
We stayed during a massage European heat wave. Unfortunautely the air conditioning in our bedroom was not strong enough. The room was very stuffy making it difficult to sleep. The front staff was kind enough to bring a fan to our room which helped a bit. The location was a bit farther from main Vienna attractions, but it was easy and affordable to access an uber.
