Exceptional service. Everyone at Artist treats the hotel and guests with genuine care and attention. This was my first visit to Vienna and a solo trip which made the easygoing atmosphere a highlight. A home away from home for a few days in a great neighbourhood. Great cocktails too!
P.S. The day after I checked in, I saw a painting by the artist whose name was on my room door: Tina Blau-Lang. It felt like a particularly touching little coincidence which made the stay feel even more special.

Really pretty and the room was perfect! The bedding was comfortable and the tram stop was few min away so it was easy to plan the days. Also the room had AC so was perfect for the days when it was hot.
Nothing I can think off, really liked it.

I have stayed 2 nights at this hotel and I loved it. Excellent location, quiet street yet walkable to everything central. My room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Zahra at the front desk who made me feel so welcome. Also, I really enjoyed my evenings sipping on cocktails and chatting with Julian, the bar manager at the bar. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

everything was perfect. The staff wonderful. It is a very elegant hotel and breakfast is fabulous. It was so great we are going back for 2 more nights.
