Location was excellent

A bit of construction noise outside and the couch was not the most comfortable

Nice and spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, close to the city centre and major touristic attractions, museums and places of interest.

We couldn't convince the office managing the property to allow us to get in before the nominated check-in time even if the apartment was empty and ready for occupancy. This resulted in a painful waiting time of 5-6 hours in terrible heat after a 26 hours flight.

Code to check in easy. No key to worry about losing. Near stores and walkable to sights.

As other reviewers have noted, not the cleanest nor guest- hospitable place to stay considering the price. Entryway smells-probably from the garbage room right there. There was constant beeping the whole weekend from some alarm in building. Floors under bed and sofa and under kitchen cabinets have layers of dirt. No sheets or bedding for sofabed. Kitchen very minimally furnished... literally 1 bent non-stick frypan and 1 pot. That's it. Only 1 kitchen trash bag for the 5 days we stayed. No instructions on recycling. There is subway construction right outside so if you're jet lagged or have kids who naps, not the place to be.

The location was wonderful. We could walk into town or easily use public transportation. The old building was beautiful, and the apartment spacious with a comfortable bed, and windows with unobstructed views.

Upon arrival, the lights in the bathroom were insufficient. There was one overhead light in the shower with two other lights burned out. Since there were no windows in the bathroom, the whole area was almost pitch dark. I reported this to management, but it took a week until the service team came by to replace the lights. No lighting above the sink and stove area were also a problem. The light fixtures were broken. There were few dishes like cups, and only two wine glasses when we arrived. A service team member brought us additional glasses after one week. The service member was extremely helpful and very kind. Our compliments to him.
