It was easy to find, cozy, organized, clean and with treats at the reception. There is elevator to go upstairs. The breakfast was varied with full of options
The pillows were too soft. The rest was great.

It’s a great place in a typical Vienna courtyard with a historical atmosphere, but with the comfort you expect nowadays.
The breakfast buffet with a fresh and good choice looking very appetizing. People take trouble.
There was none as far as I’m concerned.

We are very positive about this hotel and our experience there. Before I booked it and read all the reviews I was really doubting, because people write all kind of stuff. The accomodation is at a very good location. 20 min walk to the centre and the famous Christmas market. Free parking and no extra charges for our dog. This was a huge plus for us because most hotels charge extra fee for this. The room was extremely clean. I’m very critical when it comes to this since I’m in a similar business myself and we travel a lot. I can only say .. This cleaninglady deserves a raise! Everything was impeccable clean!
The breakfast was also fantastic.
We will definitely come back here again.

The pension was very clean, but basic. Staff were great and communicated very well in terms of organisation, due to my flights being delayed. No hicups, getting access and finding everything i needed.
The rooms were very basic and had no airconditioning. Fans were supplied though. Breakfast was very basic.
