The property is clean and very well located, making it convenient for exploring key iconic sites.
For the first night, we were assigned a room that was not fully finished. However, the issue was addressed the following day, and things were remedied.

The location was good (next to a tram to Central Vienna), lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff, bed was okay (a bit hard but that might just be my preference). Had everything you needed but nothing more.
Unfortunately, I visited during a heatwave, and my 6th floor room only had a (noisy) fan, and no A/C. This meant my room was uncomfortably hot all night, so I had to check out 3 days early and go elsewhere. Had it not been so hot, I would have likely stayed. The staff did offer to put me in a different room the next day, but I had already booked and paid to stay somewhere else.
