The hotel doesn’t quite match the impression given by the photos, as it looks better in the pictures than in reality. However, its location is excellent, and the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The hotel was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit. The furniture is quite dated and shows noticeable signs of wear and scratches. The room amenities were rather limited - for example, there wasn’t even a kettle, and the hair dryer overheated and stopped working after about a minute of use.

The location was good (next to a tram to Central Vienna), lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff, bed was okay (a bit hard but that might just be my preference). Had everything you needed but nothing more.
Unfortunately, I visited during a heatwave, and my 6th floor room only had a (noisy) fan, and no A/C. This meant my room was uncomfortably hot all night, so I had to check out 3 days early and go elsewhere. Had it not been so hot, I would have likely stayed. The staff did offer to put me in a different room the next day, but I had already booked and paid to stay somewhere else.
