Comfortable with a warm welcome

This was a perfect starting point for our holiday. The communication from the hotel was polite and timely and a very warm welcome for our arrival and lots of suggestions for places to eat. We had a nice apartment with a great veranda space. Access to the pool was easy and the views from the roof were stunning. The hotel was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and walks.

Excellent breakfast and Rebecca and family made us feel very welcome. We also changed to a bigger room with larger balcony for most of our stay.

Lovely family run hotel - will recommend to friends and family

For us (a family) the hospitality was lovely. Rebecca and her family were so welcoming and very accomodating. The house keeping and breakfast were perfect. Location was a 5min walk to the beach or a 2min cycle which we did lots with our little one. We enjoyed everything.

Nothing. We were just out of season so everywhere was very quiet but that suited us perfectly. Nice and peaceful.

Not our first time and definitely not the last time

This was not our first time and will definitely not be the last. We are very fond of this hotel and have been coming here as a family through the years since our kids were small. This is a family run business and Rebecca the daughter of Marco has taken over the hotel. The genuine hospitality, friendliness and excellent service continue with the next generation. It is situated in a quiet residential area near the ocean and the town centre. It is a safe area, where you can leave your car parked outside with no worries. Upon arriving we were given an upgrade to a bigger room with an access to the garage. The apartments have been renovated to meet modern standards. The room was very clean, the kitchen is equipped with more than necessary utensils including a coffee machine, a dish washer and an oven. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sleeping sofa. The pillows were in abundance. The room was meticulously cleaned every day and fresh towels were offered every day. The shower had a low water pressure though. Unfortunately it was raining, otherwise we would have had a dip in the rooftop pool with the beautiful view. The breakfast is a typical sweet Italian breakfast consisting of croissants and homemade cake. On the date of departure the sun finally decided to come out and Rebecca offered us a late checkout, which we unfortunately could not make use of. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Superb

You feel very welcomed at this place! Everyone is extremely nice. The breakfast is very tasty, especially home made cakes :) The rooms are rather big and you have either a terrace or a balcony. All the facilities are present. A very beautiful view from the roof and swimming pool.

You should be very careful when driving into the garage and parking, especially on a big car. Unfortunately the water in the pool was cold and we couldn't swim there.

Comfortable and cozy stay

The hotel is well-positioned in Tofano. We had a nice apartment with two balconies facing mountains. The apartment was clean and well-equiped. It had the most comfortable bed we got in our three-weeks travel. I liked to have extensive vegetation on both balconies. The breakfast was great and offered nice selection of pastries, juices, etc. The hotel is family run and you feel a great home-style vibe. I would suggest to add something that can create shade on the roof near the pool to make space more popular.

A unique paradise in Versilia

few minutes walking from the beach this stunning green building which appear as a vertical forest has amazing large balconies and light and spacious apartments. located in a very silent and quite area surrounded only by green and villas. The stunning rooftop with panoramic swimming pool has for sure the best view I have seen in Versilia with a 360 degrees lookout on the sea and mountains.

Perfect in every way

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We had a fantastic balcony and the roof top pool was great to have for a cool down. The best way to get around is by bike, which you can rent at the property for €5/day. Marco gave us good information about things to see locally. Also, a nice breakfast was served in the garden by friendly staff.

Relaxing and enjoyable place near the ocean

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and from the rooftop you have a nice view on the ocean as well as the mountains. The hosts were extraordinary friendly and helpful and provided a lot of information.

Wifi could be a bit stronger in the living room, in the bedroom it was good, for us the bed was a little bid hard

The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk from the beach and 15 from the town centre. Our checkin went super smoothly, as well as all our interactions with the owners and the staff : they are so helpful, kind and welcoming, ready to address promptly any request or question! We had a great stay.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Strandnähe auch im Winter bei freundlichen Menschen

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage in Fußnähe zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und Läden in der Stadt. Freundlicher Empfang mit vielen Informationen und Tipps. Geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon. Schönes Pool auf dem Dach mit Liegen. Außergewöhnlich freundlich ist vor allem Rebecca hervorzuheben. Rundherum war alles perfekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Der Strand ist toll. Besonders schön ist auch die Altstadt von Pietrasanta. Sehr gute Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Sehr viele hochwertige Restaurants in naher Umgebung oder mit dem Auto erreichbar

Für unseren persönlichen Geschmack war die Matratze ein wenig zu hart, dies ist jedoch eine individuelle Wahrnehmung. Würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla è facilmente raggiungibile dal centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Caratterizzata da pulizia estrema, ordine , cura dei particolari e gentilezza estrema della gestione. Rebecca è stata precisa , gentilissima e molto accogliente . La struttura è organizzata per brevi e lunghi soggiorni. La colazione servita in appartamento è la ciliegina sulla torta che evidenzia ancora di più la passione e la cura per gli ospiti.

Endroit vraiment sympa

Le personnel était vraiment sympa et une femme de ménage avait toujours une attention particulière a ranger le doudou de notre bébé dans son lit de manière a le mettre en avant.

Nous avons moins aimé la quantité du petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu bien en profiter car cela restait correct mais malheureusement quelques produits étaient de la gamme bon marché et le dernier jours les œufs étaient douteux ... dommage
