Soggiorno oltre le mie aspettative. Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti da un personale meraviglioso e un ambiente elegantissimo. Ricordo ancora il profumo all entrata. Camera meravigliosa, pulitissima e silenziosa nonostante la posizione centralissima! Il mattino successivo siamo scesi per la colazione… e che dire.. oltre ogni aspettativa anche quella!

Erg leuk ingericht hotel. We kregen een upgrade naar een ruime kamer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Parkeerplaats van hotel op 150 meter. Heerlijk ontbijt. Erg leuk stadje met veel moderne kunstwerken en boetiekjes (wel veel dicht op maandag). Zeer ruime keuze aan restaurants

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo splendido Boutique Hotel dove tutto profuma di bellezza, arte e cultura . Avevamo prenotato una camera standard e ci hanno fatto l’upgrade gratuito ( cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo ). Ottima la colazione a buffet. Sicuramente ci torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo .

Trovandomi a Pietrasanta per lavoro, sono tornata con piacere a Palazzo Guiscardo. Posizione perfetta a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale della piccola Atene di Toscana. Accoglienza calorosa come sempre. Buffet delle colazioni arricchito che accontenta sia gli amanti dei dolci che del salato. Ottimo il cappuccino. La novità è il parcheggio privato a soli 200 metri dall'hotel. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Torneremo sicuramente.

Понравилось все - местоположение идеальное, персонал великолепный, очень теплый прием, получили подробную инструкцию по ресторанам и маршруту прогулок. Отель классный, стильный, нам такое очень по душе. Номер просторный, все старинное, дух времени чувствуется. Завтрак прекрасный, с парковой помогли. Надеюсь вернемся еще! Особенно хотелось отметить сотрудника на ресепшен, он очень профессионален.

У нас был номер с террасой, она была не убрана, листья, мусор. Не располагала к тому, чтобы там проводить время.
