Die Wohnung war sehr ungepflegt mit extrem schmutzigem Geschirr, schmutziger Wäsche im Schrank, kaputten Fußleisten, Schäden in der Dusche, braunem Toilettenabfluss und vielen weiteren kleinen Mängeln. Das Schlafzimmer lag direkt zu einer sehr befahrenen Durchgangsstraße hin, sodass morgens ab 6:00 Uhr kein Schlaf mehr möglich war. Die Gastgeberin war für ihre Gäste nicht erreichbar und ließ sich durch ihre Putzfrau vertreten.

Poco curato l'arredamento e la pulizia, la nostra camera era molto trascurata, la tappezzeria scollata, sul muro sopra il letto due ganci che forse sostenevano un quadro potevano essere rimossi, la porta che dal bagno va sul terrazzo (questo bello) si apre sforzandola, si può vedere il segno sul pavimento, la wifi non funzionava.

Assolutamente non proporzionato al prezzo

Bel palazzo, sulla strada principale appena fuori dalla porta d’ingresso della zona pedonale di Pietrasanta. Un bel terrazzo su cui sarebbe bello poter fare una buona colazione. La signora delle pulizie arrivata alle 10 del mattino ci ha consegnato delle chiavi di cortesia per permetterci di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura per qualche ora in più dopo il check out

Sembra tutto trascurato. I pavimenti sono macchiati e sembrano sporchi. In bagno non ci sono mensole dove appoggiare un beauty, nel vano doccia c’è odore di umidità. C’è un unico gancio dove poter appendere gli asciugamani da doccia ed è dentro la doccia. Il pavimento del bagno è tutto macchiato in torno al WC. La colazione non è conforme alla descrizione. Non c’è frutta fresca. Il pane e la pasticceria sono di produzione industriale così come i succhi. Il caffè sembra orzo. La cucina è sporca e con l’immondizia lasciata lì per almeno i 2 giorni che abbiamo visto. Non abbiamo visto nessuno della reception e non ci hanno risposto alla domanda fatta su whatsapp prima di arrivare in cui chiedevamo delucidazioni sulle convenzioni per la spiaggia.

Nice place to stay in Pietra Santa..

Location was excellent as we came by train and we were near the center and the plaza. We got instructions how to get to our room on time and it was pretty easy to get in.

It was not clear with GPS where to go at first so we disturbed a neighbor( who probably got lots of this so maybe to protect them just a text telling that it is next to the deep driveway would have been helpful. It was a little noisy with windows open but fine if we closed them. The room is small with 2 luggages crowding it but we managed.

Pessima esperienza vacanza rovinata

Nulla, un odore di vecchio ci ha accolto sì a dal portone principale , entrando si è subito avvertito puzza di fumo e muffa . Pareti rovinate e scorticate ,bagno con chiazze sul pavimento e muffette che sono rimaste per tutto il soggiorno. L’angolo colazione di cui fortunatamente non abbiamo usufruito emanava una puzza di putrido con insetti svolazzanti e immondizia lasciata lì. Abbiamo notato che 8 vari mastelli non venivano svuotati neanche in bagno. Anche fuori dal portone secchi colmi lasciatili. Ho fatto presente alla sira Paola gestore delle mie difficoltà respiratorie ,sono intollerante al fumo, ma la stessa non le ha prese in considerazione sottolineando che ormai avevo pagato e per lei era a posto così. Abbiamo provato a tenere le finestre aperte ma la struttura da su una strada molto trafficate e piena di smog non era possibile. Abbiamo provato a contattare Booking per agevolare una sostituzione ma anche nessun supporto. Sono delusa dal disinteresse totale e non capisco come Booking autorizzi l attività a strutture che non garantiscono neppure le basilari regole di igiene . Il rischio salute è notevole. Per queste motivazioni ho chiesto il rimborso totale che B sta valutando spero positivamente almeno per dare un segnale importante di serietà. Non per ultimo va Detto che prima di lasciare la struttura mi sono preoccupata di contattare la sig Ra Paola per avvertire che stavamo partendo la stessa ci ha ribadito come per l arrivo che DOVEVAMOleggere attentamente le sue istruzioni SMS ,come d’altronde era successo all arrivo quando avevamo avuto delle difficoltà .

Tutto Struttura posizionata dietro la stazione su strada molto sporca rumorosa ,vecchia 3 decadente necessita di 7naristrutturazione importante e di 7na gestione più accurata e responsabile.

- Camera matrimoniale piccola - Alcune cose da sistemare: il tavolino era staccato dalla base, il letto non era molto comodo, lo scarico del wc non funzionava bene, mancavano le tende (al mattino presto entrava in camera una forte luce ed era impossibile dormire) - Manca il frigo - Insonorizzazione inesistente, si sente molto il rumore del traffico e la tv delle altre stanze tanto da non riuscire a dormire

B&B Confortevole vicino al centro

La stanza era confortevole e pulita. Bello anche il terrazzo nella parte comune. La posizione è comoda sia per il centro che per la stazione. L'auto si può parcheggiare in zona stazione alla sera, ma al mattino occorre mettere il disco orario. Altrimenti la si può parcheggiare senza problemi oltre la stazione e rientrare con un sottopassaggio, ma io non ne ho mai avuto bisogno.

La colazione non era particolarmente invitante. La questione è che non essendovi nessuno presente in struttura al momento della colazione non vi sono ovviamente prodotti freschi. Questa è l'unica pecca.

Great value for money and central location - just not for light sleepers.

Lovely bright room and great location. The property was very clean and the large terrace is fantastic.

The only drawback is the noise from the street. Unfortunately the room was facing the main road and on a Saturday night it was very difficult to ignore the noise of cars and motorbikes passing by. The following night was a Sunday - so there were very few cars and we had a restful night.

It was very pretty and a good location. The he bed was comfortable.

It’s a self check in with a key box and she didn’t check her messages. I only got the code but 7:30pm as I had to find someone to call the local number. It was all too over complicated- the breakfast, the shower and the WiFi was weak.

B&B La Sosta degli Artisti was a lovely experience with a great host Veronica. We stayed 3 nights in the Explore apartment and fully enjoyed it. The city is great and the B&B is close to everything - main piazza, train station, but it’s not really noisy. We booked the place in the middle of the night for the next day, and they were very nice to check us in around 9 am, which was such a great gift after a sleepless night, we’re forever grateful. We were met with open arms, friendliness, and all the cappuccinos for breakfast we ever wanted. Just book this place, and go for a lovely stroll through the city and discover all the sculptures and art. It’s also a great place for a day trip to Cinque Terre.

I liked the confort of beds, and the beauty of the Palazzo

Very noisy, both from the outside (street with a lot of traffic) and from the inside. Very bad insonorised. You can hear everything from the room next door, the bathroom was next to the breakfast room, with a tiny wall separating the toiletts from the entrance and the breakfast room, no intimacy is possible. The heating was very noisy and not performant.
