No Veronica anymore.

A bed is still comfortable. A second cleaner, whom I met on the last day, was kind to me, making me a tea.

The place fixed only a lock on the bathroom door since my visit in January. When I entered inside, its temperature was five degrees. Luckily, I knew where I can change the temperature because Veronica had told me back then. However, that cleaner, who substituted Veronica, liked to turn down the temperature. Perhaps she wanted to freeze me to death. Personally, I have never met the B&B's owner, who was reluctant to keep in contact and resolve the money issue. Believe me, I wished to close with payment more than she. I felt nostalgic because it took efforts again to find the right spot to match the key to the lock when opening the door to my room. The shower cabin requires in repair or replacement, because the doors don't connect in closure, leaving a wide space as it was in my previous stay. You can't wash yourself properly, and water leaks on the floor. You have one pack of shampoo per day, which is not enough for one shower visit. Worst of all, I didn't receive it on one of the days. As well as, that cleaner didn't empty a little trash bin that day. Yeah, the B&B still keeps that little trash bin. Come on, you could have used my money from January to buy a big one! I believe in you! Also, please call a plumber because the sink and the shower scream about cleaning. Sadly, I didn't meet Veronica that time. I wouldn't stop here again if I knew that I wouldn't see her.

Very nice location, adorable city.

The room wasn’t clean properly. The shower was smelly mold and when I asked to change the towel the cleaning lady was complaining because normally they don’t change every day.

Nice place to stay in Pietra Santa..

Location was excellent as we came by train and we were near the center and the plaza. We got instructions how to get to our room on time and it was pretty easy to get in.

It was not clear with GPS where to go at first so we disturbed a neighbor( who probably got lots of this so maybe to protect them just a text telling that it is next to the deep driveway would have been helpful. It was a little noisy with windows open but fine if we closed them. The room is small with 2 luggages crowding it but we managed.

Great value for money and central location - just not for light sleepers.

Lovely bright room and great location. The property was very clean and the large terrace is fantastic.

The only drawback is the noise from the street. Unfortunately the room was facing the main road and on a Saturday night it was very difficult to ignore the noise of cars and motorbikes passing by. The following night was a Sunday - so there were very few cars and we had a restful night.

Lacking where it’s important

It was very pretty and a good location. The he bed was comfortable.

It’s a self check in with a key box and she didn’t check her messages. I only got the code but 7:30pm as I had to find someone to call the local number. It was all too over complicated- the breakfast, the shower and the WiFi was weak.

B&B La Sosta degli Artisti was a lovely experience with a great host Veronica. We stayed 3 nights in the Explore apartment and fully enjoyed it. The city is great and the B&B is close to everything - main piazza, train station, but it’s not really noisy. We booked the place in the middle of the night for the next day, and they were very nice to check us in around 9 am, which was such a great gift after a sleepless night, we’re forever grateful. We were met with open arms, friendliness, and all the cappuccinos for breakfast we ever wanted. Just book this place, and go for a lovely stroll through the city and discover all the sculptures and art. It’s also a great place for a day trip to Cinque Terre.

Noisy no intimacy possible, it is like sleeping with your neighbor

I liked the confort of beds, and the beauty of the Palazzo

Very noisy, both from the outside (street with a lot of traffic) and from the inside. Very bad insonorised. You can hear everything from the room next door, the bathroom was next to the breakfast room, with a tiny wall separating the toiletts from the entrance and the breakfast room, no intimacy is possible. The heating was very noisy and not performant.

+ balcony with lemon trees..and a very kind staff ! + possibility a parking near of the location.

Was too small as we have asked a room for 3 adults. …don’t be disappointed if you expect a breakfast; but one gets “a small snack “. Very noisy - we have felt sleep like on the street with all traffic. (summer time)

Location was one of the best we've had in Pietrasanta. 1 minute walk & you're in the main square but it's still quiet. Breakfast was good and the room itself was very nice.

Unfortunately every morning we were woken up around 8/8.30am buy building works happening in the B&B. We would have liked to have been told about this before we stayed.

Dishonest advertising on Booking.com

The location was nice and the facility clean.

The posting on the booking website showed this as a 2 bedroom apartment but it was only a 1 bedroom. The owner did not take responsibility for their mistake or false advertising and refused to compensate for this mistake. It’s a nice place but a dishonest situation.

Superb

Great Location at the center. The windows are good because they do not let in the traffic noise from outside (the B&B is on very busy street). Very nicely appointed large room.

My only suggestion would be, maybe for the breakfast to offer the fresh baked stuff from bakeries and bars around, instead of re-heated croissants and plastic supermarket bread. After all the B&B is right at the center, minutes from everything.

a very recommendable place

we had an excellent 6 day stay mid october in this nicely furnished and clean appartment with fully equipped kitchen located in this nice little town of artists and art gallerys with plenty of bars and restaurants still open (and people eating and drinking) despite of the end of season . the host Paola along with Veronica were not only charming but very friendly and helpful for all upcoming questions

- great location close to the old town - friendly staff - daily cleaning service - spacious apartment

- There was no washing machine while this was listed as one of the facilities - when we raised this (one of the reasons we booked the apartment), we were only told this was an ‘error’ on booking and were directed to a self service laundry, not convenient and not very helpful - Very noisy (traffic from the street day and night) - no parking in front of building (not convenient to unload/load luggage) - limited breakfast options (almost only sweets) - for a small b&b we would expect to get more information about the area proactively (restaurants, bagni, things to do, etc)

The perfect location in Pietrasanta! The kind staff/owners really cares for their customers and put much effort into making you feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is nice with homemade treats! I really recommend this B&B!
