The staff make you feel welcome and looked after. Breakfast staff are superb -as is the breakfast! Probably the best breakfast I’ve had so far in travels through Italy. The cakes are all homemade and are too more-ish. You must try the Italian carrot cake! Reception staff are very helpful - any time of night and day. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping staff work tirelessly to make the rooms comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are well appointed.
This was my second visit and won’t be last.

Just be aware no water made available in room after first night - this caught me out and I was thirsty during night.

- Hotel is very centrally positioned and it close to many places to eat, sightsee, etc.
- Rooms are warm and comfortable (mind I am traveling in winter)
- Great breakfast with variety (eggs and bacon, cereal, amazing selection of cakes)
- Staff is very helpful and offer advice, anticipate needs
- Hotel has dedicated parking 1 min. away from the property - very comfortable
- Water in the mini-fridge could be refilled daily
