Centrally position friendly and comfortable hotel with helpful staff

- Hotel is very centrally positioned and it close to many places to eat, sightsee, etc. - Rooms are warm and comfortable (mind I am traveling in winter) - Great breakfast with variety (eggs and bacon, cereal, amazing selection of cakes) - Staff is very helpful and offer advice, anticipate needs - Hotel has dedicated parking 1 min. away from the property - very comfortable

- Water in the mini-fridge could be refilled daily

This is a perfectly located lovely little boutique hotel that was well priced, and our room overlooking the inner courtyard was very quiet. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and there was an elevator, which is very unusual in Italy.

Great place to go where you feel like a guest! And you are taken care of!

Breakfast was outstanding; loads of choices among excellent baked goods and other choices. Staff was also outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Loved the terrace, though it was too cold to breakfast there.

A very beautiful place to be

A warm welcome is a good start. A nice room with a cosy bed is even better. The raindrops shower was hugh compared to other places. The selection on the breakfast buffet was great. And it’s just a few meters away from the cathedral.

Romantic town hotel

Beautiful and romantic hotel. Rooms are old stylish, but very clean, bathroom is lately renovated and new. Price versus hotel quality is great. Service is personal and great. Breakfast was amazing, especially if you love home made cakes. Variety of cakes is amazing. Hotel is directly in the city center surrounded by great shops and restaurants.

Perfect location just a few mins walk from train station. All staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Quiet beautiful town with fantastic sculptures and lovely restaurants. Bathroom stylish and well equipped. Chilled out and relaxing. Great roof terrace and outside courtyard for breakfast.

Locatio Location as they say. So important and we’ve always said one reason wr love Palagi is the location.

AC was not in when arrived . Did turn on shortly after but not working too well. Safe deposit box too complicated.
