Panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e spazio.

A disposizione tutto il piano! Camera, bagno, salotto e meraviglioso terrazzo. Molto pulito. Proprietaria disponibile e simpatica. Location incantevole e molto silenziosa. Letto comodo. Ci tornerò:

Stupenda location nonostante il temporale!

Beh la signora MariaNovella è stata davvero superlativa, ci ha accolto nel bel mezzo di un temporale e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, è stata super gentile e ci ha consigliato anche i posti dove andare a mangiare. La location è bellissima con un panorama mozzafiato! Grazie ancora signora Maria!

Piccolo e grazioso

Ospitalità ottima della proprietaria. Piccolo ma davvero grazioso, immerso nel verde e silenzioso Solo 2 camere al piano superiore, non grandissime ma con letti comodi ed un armadio capiente. Un salottino relax con un terrazzino ed una vista stupenda. A disposizione frigobar con bevande e yogurt e occorrente per caffè, tisane nonché confezioni di biscotti e merendine.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole

Il Belvedere 10 è un posto delizioso in cui si viene coccolati dall’attenta proprietaria e si gode di una vista incantevole. La camera è piccola ma ha tutto quello che serve, la pulizia è ineccepibile, si ha l’accesso esclusivo a un salottino con snack e frigo a disposizione e al balcone. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso immerso nel verde. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

La strada per arrivare al Belvedere non è agevolissima (stretta e in salita) ma basta essere preparati.

Het uitzicht en de stilte

Het ontbijt. Het dolce giusto apparaat geeft slechte koffie dat licht waarschijnlijk aan de koffie keuze. Koffie was ook niet echt warm. Er was ook niets vers aanwezig. Geen beleg geen kaas geen fruit of een vers croissantje. P.s. Voor de koffie raad ik de Lavazza Blue met bijpassende koffie aan. Verder is de parasol op het balkon niet toereikend, je blijft in brandende zon zitten . We zijn verhuisd naar de achterkant van het huis. De buren zaten daar ook! Moet niet zo moeilijk zijn daar iets te creëren. Gaat lukken! Wel bedankt voor alle behulpzaamheid en route beschrijving en uitleg in huis.

Stanza bellissima e pulita, letto comodo. Marianovella offre un intero piano della sua casa agli ospiti, quindi oltre la stanza il bagno e un salotto per fare colazione, rilassarsi o accedere all terrazza panoramica. La casa è favolosa, arredata con stile, ricercata e chic ma con un sapore rustico e accogliente. C’è tutto quello che serve!

Soggiorno perfetto.

Struttura perfetta la vista è su tutta la Versilia. Pulitissima, tutti i comforts dallo spazzolino, alla bottiglia dell’acqua, dal caffè alla colazione. La proprietaria veramente attenta a tutto e molto socievole. Posto auto.

Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, una vera oasi di pace e serenità. La signora Marianovella è una padrona di casa perfetta che mette a proprio agio i suoi ospiti, attenta e premurosa, molto cordiale e simpatica. Un' esperienza da ripetere con vero piacere.
