We loved the little cafe next to the property where we had our breakfast each day - wonderful service. We also liked the regular cleaning of our room and the layout of it. The location was perfect of the B&B was perfect for the town, which is really a peaceful and interesting place to stay. Pietrasanta has railway station 10mins walk from the flat so getting to Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Viareggio beach (recommend over Forte dei Marmi or Marina dei Pietrasanta) is really easy.
Shower is a little small. Slight traffic noise outside but fine if you close all windows and put on aircon. We slept soundly.

La disponibilità dello staff per ottenere una camera più tranquilla.E' andata bene, perchè mi divideva solo una porta e parte di armadio dall'ospite accanto.
La colazione al bar non è stata possibile presso i convenzionati, che risultavano chiusi.
Ho sofferto l'elevato caldo secco della camera e la polvere nei diversi tendaggi, nella zanzariera sospesa sul letto e sulle piante finte.
Parcheggiare è un po' disagevole, soprattutto se si porta qualcosa di pesante.
Altrettanto portare bagagli per le scale strette e ripide, benché caratteristiche (ma occorrerebbe esserne a conoscenza).
