A pleasant and well-managed stay with great hospitality.
The property was welcoming and well organized, ideal for staying during Lucca Comics. We especially appreciated the breakfast prepared by the hosts, which was plentiful and well taken care of. The hosts were kind, helpful, and very clear about everything from the beginning.

a comfortable overnight stop
The host was flexible with evening check-in (we arrived in Livorno from Sardegna by ferry) and also for early breakfast because we wanted to make an early start. The room (we chose the cheapest option becuase it was just a place to overnight) was small but the large private terrace where we could sit and drink a herb tea (a seection and a kettle provided and cups) was very pleasant. Quiet area. Parking is public but in a very quiet no-through road so fine. Good choice of breakfast for an Italian B&B.

Great location, wonderful hosts, delicious breakfast, top services and very spacious.
There is an exclusive bathroom but to make it truly exclusive, make sure you lock it and take the key with you. We learned the hard way that the other guests don't understand it's not to be used by all.

A lovely place to stay to explore Pietrasanta. Exceptionally helpful hosts.
This B&B is run by a very house-proud family who keep the property in first-class condition- the bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. Their helpfulness and friendliness was exceptional. Our first floor balcony had an excellent view of the mountains where Michelangelo sourced his marble. The ambience of the garden for breakfast was charming with appreciated details like fresh orange juice. It's also a value-for-money place to stay for exploring nearby Pietrasanta.

Really nice room and guest house, very modern and stylish. The owner is very friendly and attentive, she prepared us a very tasty breakfast. Would come back anytime, totally recommend 👌

Great B&B near Pietrasanta and the VF
Fabio was fantastic- so helpful and kind. He greeted us with a cold drink and went out of his way to help us. The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a terrace with two chairs. There were restaurants within half an hour's walk. We ate at one in Ripa which was excellent.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the toilet/bathroom was downstairs. That said, the stairs were well lit and very safe.
