Pietrasanta is a beautiful place to visit.our hotel convenient.

The location was great. Paolo was extremely helpful and obliging. The rooms were very clean.

It was not the property we thought we were going to. However, Paolo ensured that we were able to gather at Le Camere and use their facilities which was so helpful.

It‘s ok but somehow it felt too expensive for what it offered

Breakfast is only sweet or scrambled eggs, no ham nor cheese. I coudn‘t find butter neither. On our last day we did not have warm water. The A/C distributed a slightly moldy smell. In 4 days we never got new towels.

There are 3 great things about Le Camere Pietrasantine a) the place itself, it’s beautiful and comfortable b) the location, it’s just 1 minute from the city centre. Once you can’t carry more shopping bags you just drop them off in your room and then continue. 😂 c) Veronica, you’re hostess that will take very good care of you and do everything to help.

It’s a little noicy squeezed between the main road and railway. I slept well though, with earplugs and a pillow over my head.

The location was fantastic and the room very clean.

There was a bit of noise between the rooms and I hadn’t understand there were 2 locations, the main one which is B&B and the other one, where we stayed, which is only room.

Breakfast was not included. I was a perfect location. A little noisy at night, but not for long.

The layout of the room is a bit weird. the shower box is outside the toilet and there is no place to hook your towel. since it is not in the toilet, it is a bit cold to take a shower in the winter.

pulizia ok. Posizione centrale. Letto comodo

La struttura nella quale abbiamo alloggiato si trova nella sede secondaria ma in centro; è posta al primo piano senza ascensore ed accessibile da una scala esterna scomoda da percorrere con bagaglio, specialmente se di grosse dimensioni. La porta di ingresso della struttura che contiene 4 camere è sempre aperta e, quindi, potenzialmente accessibile da chiunque anche esterno alla struttura. Scarsa insonorizzazione rispetto alle altre camere. Camera molto buia (c'è solo una finestra che dà su un cortile interno. Illuminazione della camera molto scarsa. Bagno senza finestra ma con un aeratore. Molto freddo in camera...la pompa di calore non è in grado di riscaldare l'ambiente. Non abbiamo visto nessuno (a meno delle signore delle pulizie); il check in è stato fatto via telefono ed al nostro arrivo ci è stata fatta trovare la camera con le chiavi appese fuori (nessun controllo documentale).

Ottima posizione, molto centrale per la sera. Ottimo il servizio di pulizia, grande disponibilità del gestore e dello staff.

Sarebbe utile una rimessa per le bici, c'è qualche difficoltà di posteggio, non è adatto per persone con problemi di deambulazione perché l'accesso alle camere avviene tramite una scala, per noi non è stato un problema ma per altre persone potrebbe esserlo
