Exceptional
Patrizia and Simone went out of their way to create a very special experience for us. We only had one night with them after a long drive. At my request they created a gourmet dinner to save us going out again to a restaurant. Their dining room Was beautifully decorated esp for us and has spectacular views. Their chef Roberto is a genius and each delicious course was served with a delightful local wine. We were also able to begin and finish the evening in their lovely hot tub looking out across the sea and hills.

Kind hosts, impressive view, comfortable stay
Located on the hills of Versilia, you get acces to terrace with a stunning view. Very clean and comfortable, you have all that you need for a few days stay, good bed, coffee and tea in the room, access to a washing machine.. Welcoming hosts that do not hesitate to make your stay enjoyable. They quickly jumped in to help with a car problem we had, we appreciated their natural and kind support.
You get there by car, you need to follow the host’s instructions, as Google spoils it. Not a big deal

Posizione panoramica
La mia esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. Ho acquistato -tra l’ altro ad un prezzo importante - su booking una camera descritta in maniera fuorviante, che si e’ rivelata angusta, maleodorante, fredda e rumorosa, a causa del riscaldamento a split continuamente in funzione. Addirittura con la tavoletta del wc traballante. Ho segnalato la cosa all’ host che non ha neanche offerto di sostituire la camera o un rimborso finanche parziale . Ho dovuto cercare un’ altra sistemazione. La posizione e’ molto panoramica ma poco accessibile, quasi impossibile per chi accede con auto sportive (fortunatamente avevo un suv).
