Una villa da sogno che ospita vari appartamenti . Il nostro monolocale era dotato di tutto l’essenziale, inoltre l’acqua del rubinetto era potabile. Bella scelta di colori e arredamento sobrio. Una vasca idromassaggio situata fuori, insieme ad una sdraio, per godersi il panorama in relax. La posizione un po’ nascosta ma niente di troppo complicato, inoltre i proprietari sono stati super presenti e gentili. Avevo dimenticato un oggetto al check out e sono stati disponibili nell’organizzare un appuntamento per recuperarlo qualche giorno dopo.

La strada per arrivare non è semplicissima, ma è comunque a soli 10/15 min da forte dei marmi e le indicazioni sono facili da seguire. La camera dell'appartamento ha una sola finestra piccola, ma la terrazza ripaga

È stata veramente una bella esperienza. La villa si trova in una posizione fantastica, con una vista eccezionale. Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato e pulito, i proprietari gentilissimi. Dotato di parcheggio. Insomma tutto perfetto, anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Unbeschreiblich schön und die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann

Patrizia und Simone haben sich vor der Anreise schon sehr bemüht und haben uns eine Wegbeschreibung geschickt und obwohl wir zu früh angereist sind, war das für sie kein Problem. Sie haben uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Bei Käse, Wurst und Wein konnten wir auf der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Ausblick ist einfach fantastisch. Es war der schönste Abend auf unserer Toskanareise. Auch die Gespräche mit Ihnen waren sehr schön. Sie sind die perfekten Gastgeber und man merkt, dass sie es mit sehr viel Liebe machen. Schade, dass wir nur zwei Tage dort verbracht haben. Man sollte unbedingt länger dort bleiben, denn von dort kann man viele Touren( Florenz, Pisa, Lucca und ans Meer etc.) mache. Abends kommt man aus dem Trubel heraus und kann in der Villa Patrizia herrlich entspannen. Auch die Tipps, waren perfekt und man sollte auf die beiden hören, sie haben uns einen perfekten Strand empfohlen, der auch bezahlbar war. Unser Aufenthalt ist unvergesslich und wir danken euch sehr. Auch meinem Sohn (18 Jahre) war sehr begeistert und will unbedingt noch einmal dorthin. Vielen Dank euch Beiden für die 2 tollen Tage

Sie war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Man hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Patrizia und Simonen sind super Gastgeber und machten die Unterkunft zu einem Zuhause. Ich kann jeden nur empfehlen dort einen stop einzulegen um es sich einfach mal gut gehen zu lassen . 5 Sterne von mir

Magnifico break di coppia

Proprietari gentilissimi e tutto pulito. Abbiamo chiamato all’ultimo momento e hanno trovato tempo per ospitarci. Grazie mille. C’era anche l’idromassaggio ma faceva freddo per noi fuori e non avevamo il costume, ma la prossima volta da provare. Il posto è in un ambiente sicuro, tranquillo è adorabile. Vicinissimo a Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi e la parte storica di Pietrasanta.

Bello ma con poca attenzione a certi particolari che renderebbero tutto più gradevole

La vista panoramica, la stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa, con un bel terrazzo. La vasca esterna con acqua caldissima. Ambiente riservato e molto silenzioso.

Tanti dettagli non curati. Sotto il letto era pieno di polvere, le lenzuola in cotone non c’erano e abbiamo dovuto chiederle. Il letto non ha la testiera, e non si hanno cuscini aggiuntivi per fare spessore se si vuole star seduti a leggere o guardare la tv. Manca un divanetto che sarebbe comodo vista l’ampiezza della stanza. Il bagno piccolissimo e scomodo, senza areazione e privo di box doccia (c’è solo una tenda e si bagna il pavimento). Non c’era un tavolo in stanza per appoggiarsi con computer o per fare colazione (lo abbiamo chiesto). Un solo comodino invece che 2. Una luce accanto al letto che si accende di notte con sensore di movimento (svegliando gli ospiti appena si muovono durante il sonno)…. La strada con 4 curve a gomito per raggiungere la struttura, non proprio facili da percorrere

Exceptional

Patrizia and Simone went out of their way to create a very special experience for us. We only had one night with them after a long drive. At my request they created a gourmet dinner to save us going out again to a restaurant. Their dining room Was beautifully decorated esp for us and has spectacular views. Their chef Roberto is a genius and each delicious course was served with a delightful local wine. We were also able to begin and finish the evening in their lovely hot tub looking out across the sea and hills.

Kind hosts, impressive view, comfortable stay

Located on the hills of Versilia, you get acces to terrace with a stunning view. Very clean and comfortable, you have all that you need for a few days stay, good bed, coffee and tea in the room, access to a washing machine.. Welcoming hosts that do not hesitate to make your stay enjoyable. They quickly jumped in to help with a car problem we had, we appreciated their natural and kind support.

You get there by car, you need to follow the host’s instructions, as Google spoils it. Not a big deal
