Lovely location, spotless facilities, excellent breakfast

Great choice of breakfast. Continental style, lots of pastries, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, fresh juice, coffee made to order. Rooms were spotless. Kettle provided, water, fridge. Fairly basic furniture. Comfy bed. Outdoor swimming pool was still open at end of September, although I didn’t use, as was busy attending a wedding weekend, I saw another resident did. Great little oasis at edge of town.

Good stay, but disappointed about the cancelled breakfast.

We had an early flight on our last day, before breakfast time, so I kindly asked the host if they could help us with a breakfast to go, which we had already paid for in advance, when we arrived. The host confirmed and told us they would prepare some sandwiches for us. However, the next day when we asked where we could pick up the breakfast for the airport, we were told that the breakfast had been cancelled. What was disappointing is that we were only informed at that moment, when we asked, even though the breakfast had already been paid. I would have appreciated if the host had been more understanding of our situation and had found a solution for guests leaving very early for the airport.

We had a great time. Relaxing by the pool, using the nearby train station to visit other places.

Lovely pool, fantastic air conditioning and a good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good parking facilities.

Nothing the hotel can fix, but the walk into town, without pavements, was a pain. But, the place itself is perfect. And Pietrasanta is a wonderful place. We will be back!

Lovely accomodation with wonderful large pool

Lovely large room with comfortable beds Air con worked well Pool was large snd clean Was a 20.minute wak into town with nothing in the immediate vicinity Property stated they have a bar which they don't.we did buy bottled water of the owner. We paid 15 euros each for breakfast and whilst it was abundant I think this was expensive for breakfast. Pietrasanta is a lovely quaint town with wonderful and unique shops, bars and restaurants.

Breakfasts in Italy are often frugal, so I was very happy with extensive and daily varying breakfast buffet here. Fr. da Pio was also very helpful in helping us get oriented & arranging bicycles.

When the room above mine was occupied I very clearly heard its occupants walking around.

Swimming pool was clean and big for doing laps.

Attitude of hostess was not very kind not at all welcoming as if she didn't enjoy what she was doing. Rules everywhere.Bidet too small. Tv too complicated. No lift for baggage and rooms on 1st and 2nd floor with steep staircase. Breakfast was not value for money..nothing hot, no toast.

Everything, lovely host - definitely try the breakfast cakes and a magnificent, large and very clean pool. it’s as fantastic base for Pietrasanta and and not far if you want a day at the beach (provided you drive). would be happy to return.

B&b situato in ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 di macchina da Marina di Pietrasanta. Ampia area interna alla struttura in cui poter posteggiare. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. Stanza nella norma, nulla di sbagliato da segnalare. Presenti prodotti doccia e phon, riscaldamenti, letto comodo. Ottimo per un soggiorno in tranquillità

Bel posto e bella stanza

Abbiamo pernottato tra San Silvestro e il 2 gennaio. Stanza per tre molto grande, con ottimo riscaldamento. Vista bellissima dalla finestra, parcheggio ottimo per l'auto. In campagna ma molto vicino in macchina al centro e anche al mare.

In realtà mi è piaciuto tutto.

Een kilometer van pietra santa. De b en b ligt midden in een rustige woonwijk. De tuin is geweldig met groot zwembad. We hebben fietsen gehuurd, dit was prima. Het was schoon

Location tranquilla e confortevole. Fascino vintage e comfort moderno. Accoglienza informale ma accurata. Piscina molto fruibile. Colazione a buffet vera, da albergo più che da b&b, con salato (semplice) e dolce con crostate fresche, servita all'aperto in giardino sotto un loggiato. A due passi dalle attrazioni della Versilia ma al riparo dalla folla

Heerlijk rustig op een z n Italiaans ..

Een hele fijne B en B , rustig gelegen, lekker verzorgd ontbijt met een hele lieve dame die ons bediende. Ideaal gelegen , vlak bij het centrum en het station. De fiets huren was voor ons ook makkelijk. De kamers zijn simpel maar goed , maar moet dat niet zijn. Maria helpt je steeds verder als je vragen hebt. En een heerlijk zwembad waar je rustig kon genieten.

Alles naar wens! Wij gaan zeker terug..

Heerlijk rustige locatie op wandelafstand van Pietrasanta!

Een geweldig plekje onder de luifel met uitstekende service! Heel vriendelijke bediening van een zeer attente dame. Heel vriendelijk onthaal, beiden in ons beste Engels :) Geweldig zwembad met veel schaduw en voldoende ligbedden. Elke dag handdoeken voorzien voor aan 't zwembad. Heel nette kamers! Mevrouw dacht dat wij het smalle badkamertje niet goed zouden vinden, maar nee hoor. Alles aanwezig en kraaknet.
