Busy street, but property is secured with gate and fence and has lovely gardens.

Relaxing and convenient

Outdoor space and pool were great. The host was lovely and very helpful with local recommendations.

We couldn’t understand why we didn’t have access to the downstairs living and dining area when the host was off site. This meant we were restricted to the outdoors and our room. A lovely space which would have been nice to use all day (specially as my partner was working during our stay - this would have been ideal for him.

Exquisite place, short walk to Pietrasanta

it’s an exquisite renovation of a farmhouse and barn, and everything is so stylish. The furniture is beautiful. Every detail has extra attention. The couple running it, Giuseppe and Elena are really nice but give you space. The breakfast is delicious and good coffee. we will definitely return here for a 3/4 night break again

Fantastic location for enjoying wonderful Tuscany!

Beautiful, newly renovated house very close to wonderful Pietrasanta! Fantastic hosts, who were extremely helpful with everything, from tips and local knowledge about restaurants, beach spots, attractions and events! It was great to have the pool at the residence to have a few relaxing days around it! Fabulous breakfasts outside and friendly guests to chat with! The Casale1918 location was great for trips into Pisa, Florence and surrounding areas in Tuscany, as well as short 20 minute trip up to the beautiful Apua Alps! It was also great for just a 15 minute walk to the old town, with fabulous restaurants of all kinds, with great Italian cuisine!

Casale1918 was a little close to the road but the advantages of the location and the facilities overrode that!

Superb recently refurbished farmhouse with a charming hostess. The establishment is quite close to the road but the noise did not disturb us. Close enough to the village to be able to walk into the charming old quarter. The hostess recommended an excellent restaurant.

Un luogo incantevole

Ottimo luogo per rigenerarsi anche un giorno. Sembra d’esser in un altro mondo I proprietari Accoglienti disponibili e molto carini alla mano. Colazione ottima anche per chi intollerante o allergico a TUTTO!!! Il casale e’ un incanto più dentro che fuori. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Più che un casale sembra uno chalet di lusso 5 stelle. Sembra d’esser a casa. Sa di caldo, accogliente, famiglia. In estate si potrà godere anche dello spazio aperto e della piscina. Camere ampie silenziose luminose .Ritorneremo. Consigliatisdimo.. PS. Vicino al centro di Pietrasanta. Meravigliosa.

Il relax e’ durato solo 1 notte è giusto il tempo di far colazione.

Op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum (10 minuten). Gastvrij. Heerlijk zwembad. Prachtige kamer met ruime badkamer. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. En fijn dat de auto op eigen parkeerterrein van de accommodatie kan staan.

Eher eine Unterkunft für 1-3 Tage, nicht schlecht aber bei dem aufgerufenen Preis in einigen Punkten verbesserungsfähig

Schönes Zimmer, Klimaanlsge, schöner Hof, schöner Pool, sehr freundliche Gastgeber

das Haus liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße, die in den Ortskern führt, am Pool und im Liegebereich ist es bisweilen sehr laut, Das Frühstück ist eher als italienisch, spartanisch einzustufen, vieles hinters nur in geringer Menge und wird nur auf Verlangen nachgelegt, auch Kaffee muss häufig nachgefragt werden, kommt dann aber und wird freundlich serviert. Obst könnte gerade in Italien etwas vielfältiger und abwechslungsreicher sein, Das Haus liegt ca. 700 m von Stadtkern und es gibt dort nicht die Möglichkeit, Getränke zu erwerben. Wasser wird kostenlos bereitgestellt

Casale molto bello e ben ristrutturato in buona posizione rispetto al centro pedonale di Pietrasanta. Ottima pulizia. Buona ospitalità e disponibilità dai proprietari e dal cane Ares.

Letto con materasso un po' molle, trovato scomodo per i miei gusti e mia schiena ma è una considerazione personale, penso vada a gusti. Un pó di rumore dalla strada ma fisiologico per la posizione della struttura.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool

Das Haus wurde mit sehr viel Gefühl für die alte Bausubstanz saniert. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, das Bad ist sehr schön. Alles mit Gefühl fürs Detail und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Es ist aber ein italienisches Frühstück mit herzhaften Bestandteilen.

Leider liegt das Haus an der viel befahrenen Straße, so dass es im Garten am Pool schon laut ist. Die Zimmer sind gut schallgedämmt.
