This is a sweet hotel with some friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the Kitchen. It was well located, and comfortable. We like the Zen theme. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful!

It was our second stay at this hotel. Our holiday was great last time in September. We decided to come back again, and our decision proved perfect. They managed to make us stay in the very same room; staff, service, breakfast everything was great also this time.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to a fabulous private beach. Well worth it! The pool on the rooftop was relaxing, great service, excellent food. I usually don’t like to pay so much for 2 nights, but it was well worth the money! For those without cat, there’s a bus nearby to get to the train station, very convenient!

Nice place in Marina di Pietrasanta

Clean, very silent which is a unexpected thing in Italian hotels, as usually walls are thin but here was so quite. The room was big and perfect curtains to shadow light. The sea is close and the swimming pool terrace is really nice.

The breakfast procedure is a little cumbersom. No light and no privacy on the balcony on floor no 3.

Tutto ok. terrazza con vista panoramica e grande jacuzzi bellissima anche se non tanto grande (6 LETTINI e 2 tavolini con sedie) e scendendo pochi gradini c'è il ristorante. Staff gentile e premuroso. Colazione SUPER SUPER SUPER!

Non era disponibile il parcheggio a causa di un forte temporale nei giorni precedenti e questo disservizio non era segnalato. Trovare un posto per l'auto nelle vicinanze non è facilissimo-

Colazione fantastica, grande varietà e prodotti di alta qualità

Una camera matrimoniale di un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe avere un armadio e cassetti adeguati a contenere abiti e accessori per due persone; la camera comfort che ci è stata assegnata aveva un piccolissimo armadio con due piccole ante ed un solo cassettino ed era senza balcone, con difficoltà’ per stendere qualsiasi cosa. Abbiamo dovuto tenere quasi tutto nei trolley. In ogni caso la camera era pulitissima.

Ottima struttura in Pietrasanta, a pochi passi dal centro cittadino e dal litorale. Staff superbo, disponibile e sorridente. La colazione una chicca, ottimi prodotti per tutti i gusti e anche per vegani. La piscina in terrazza privata è stata semplicemente fantastica! L’anno prossimo ci torniamo e sicuramente per qualche altra notte in più 😁

Hotel all’altezza della categoria, camera moderna ben attrezzata e ben pulita , utile la porta di ingresso insonorizzata, rinnovato l’arredo del solarium/iidromassaggio panoramico, staff estremamente cortese e disponibile, facilita’ di noleggio delle bici.

Parcheggio non sempre agevole stante la collocazione in zona residenziale.

Wunderbarer Urlaub - in empfehlenswertem Hotel und schönem Ort. Zen ist sein Geld wert.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wirklich herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Schöne moderne Zimmer viele mit Balkon und Meerblick am Horizont. Lage und Ort sehr gut - ideal auch für Besuche im schönen protzigen Forte dei Marmi - oder nach Viareggio. Der Ort selber (Marina de Pietresanta) ist wunderbar normal mit vielen schönen Strandbädern und Restaurants zu fairen Preisen.

W-Lan zwar überall mit gutem Empfang aber viel zu langsam

Ottimo Hotel abbastanza vicino al mare camera molto bella e spaziosa anche la pulizia e il riassetto sono stati da segnalare , colazione spe--tta---co--la--re.. ogni ben di Dio dal dolce al salato per i salutisti e per chi non teme la bilancia forse una delle più ricche che io abbia mai trovato. Personale molto disponibile e professionale. Attico con piscina molto bello peccato che il meteo non mi abbia permesso di utilizzare. La ricarica per la auto elettrica è una chicca che ormai ogni struttura dovrebbe avere. Non ho provato il ristorante.

La strada davanti all'hotel è ampia e poco trafficata ma avere un paio di posteggi riservati allo scarico e carico dei bagagli sarebbe un plus per un hotel 4 stelle
