Renovierungsbedürftig - Tische beim Abendessen müssen mit anderen Hausgästen geteilt werden - sehr laut aufgrund Straßen

Das Essen war gut und das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Ebenso der Wellnessbereich. Außenpool wurde trotz heißem Wetter erst um 14!!!Uhr geöffnet. Keine Beschilderung im Hotel mit Zimmernummern (außer im Lift) somit mussten wir bei Anreise eine Reinigungsdame um Hilfe bitten unser Zimmer zu finden. Beim Abendessen mussten wir uns den Tisch mit einem fremden Pärchen teilen. Auf Bitte alleine sitzen zu dürfen wurde diese abgelehnt bzw. auf den Speisesaal ohne Klima bei 30 Grad verwiesen. Die halbe Terrasse war für eventuelle al a carte Gäste abgesperrt und war/blieb leer, die Gäste des Hauses hingegen mussten sich Tische teilen oder im heißen Speisesaal ohne Klimaanlage sitzen. Mein Mann und ich wollten ein gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit verbringen und haben daher eine Nacht dort verbracht. Wir hätten gerne die kinderlose Zeit bei einem gemütlichen Abendessen zu zweit genossen und uns alleine unterhalten. Unser Fazit - in diesem Preissegment (was ja nicht auf der günstigen Seite ist) gibt es bessere Hotels wo man vor allem nicht gezwungen wird mit fremden Leuten zu essen! Sowas darf in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht sein. Den Straßenlärm lasse ich jetzt mal weg der ist das wenigste Übel. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Wow what can I say , the location is just superb, I was welcomed by the team at Pichlmayrgut , given an upgraded room , nothing was too much trouble , the hotel is layer out really well , with a really spacious and wonderful wellness area with lots of spaces to relax and unwind , I was also surprised by the indoor pool being a good size for a good swim , I was blessed with the weather that gave the hotel its full potential with the wellness outdoor spaces , Also being given a summer card as part of staying at the hotel was a great surprise as it gives you free accustomed many attractions in the local area including use of buses and the cable cars for free , there are so many activities to take advantage of in the area , I was there only I full day so opted for some hiking , as did not want to use the car , there are many hike trails from the hotel , which the staff where happy to give advice on , I decided on a steep walk up to the cable car at Preunegg, taking the cable car up to Preunegg Jet , where I hiked the Reiteralm Summit loop , which was just out of this world especially as the weather was kind and clear skys , thanks to the team for the recommendation, The walk back down was a lot easier . The hotel also supplied a hikers rug-sac which was invaluable , they also supply towels , bathrobes and a beach bag to use in the wellness centre , they seem to think of everything . The food was awesome too both the breakfast and dinner , you are also given a specific table for you stay again a nice touch so you don’t have to keep hunting a table each time .

Eine Überteuerte KATASTROPHE

Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war exzellent.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen!! Das Zimmer war einwenig sauber!! Bei der Ankunft volle Mistkübel (Überreste durch den Vormieter), verschmutzer Boden durch Kaugummireste, Toilettenbrille bewegte sich in alle Richtungen, verkalkter Duschkopf. Die Anlage, wenn man drüberschaut war nicht so übel. Bei genaueren hinschauen eine Katastrophe.

Hotel schwer in die Jahre gekommen und - offensichtlich - zuwenig in Renovierung investiert. z.B. das Außenpool weist rostige Schrauben, einen desolaten Boden sowie einen äußerst desolaten Handlauf auf. Die Fliesen lösen sich dort schon, dies aber sicher nicht erst seit ein paar Tagen... Das Essen entsprach an keinen Tagen unseren Erwartungen, es gab immer div. Mängel, wie etwa harte Linsen, harte Schnittbohnen, zähes Lamm usw.

Großer Hotelkomplex mit großem Wellnessbereich und freundlichem Personal

Ja, es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Saunalandschaft / Wellnessbereich ist sehr groß und weitläufig, geht über mehrere Ebenen/Stockwerke. Die Zimmer waren ruhig (Haupthaus), waren schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet mit einem tollen Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche, separatem WC. Es gab ein TV, Fenster liesen sich öffnen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bademantel und Badelatschen gab es als kostenlose Leihstellung. Im Wellnesbreich gibt es genügend Handtücher. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Hotelrestaurant hat man seinen festen Platz, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Das Pichlmayrgut punktet vor allem mit vielen Kleinigkeiten: bei uns im Preis war Dreiviertel-Pension mit inbegriffen, d.h. Nachmittags-Snack oder Kaffee und Kuchen ist mit dabei. Zudem sind alle alkoholfreien Getränke kostenlos mit inbegriffen. Auch der Hotelparkplatz (Tiefgarage) war kostenlos! Das war wirklich sehr gut! Vom Hotel aus kann man sofort zu verschiedenen Wandertouren aufbrechen. Im Winter ist der Skilift fussläufig zu erreichen.

Ein paar Punkte zu meckern gab es: Das Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr große Weinkarte - doch leider waren die Weine dazu überhaupt nicht beschrieben. Zudem gab es auch keine passende Weinberatung durch das Personal, das war eine komplette Fehlanzeige. In anderen Hotels kann man z.B. die hoteleigene "Weinempfehlungen" probieren, oder es gibt eben geschultes Personal, die eine Beratung aussprechen, das sollte in der Preisklasse einfach besser funktionieren bzw. drin sein. Das 6-Gänge-Abendmenu war klasse, manchmal hat aber einfach der "drive" gefehlt, das i-Tüpfelchen, das gewisse Etwas. Die Zimmer sind schön renoviert, Gänge und Treppen leider nicht. Der oftmals ausgelatsche Teppiche in Flur und Treppe springen ins Auge und passen einfach nicht zum ansonsten guten Ambiente. Da dürfte mal was gemacht werden. Manch einer hält meine Kritik vielleicht für kleinlich - ich bin der Meinung in dieser Preisklasse kann das zur Sprache gebracht werden, denn das Hotel bzw. die Zimmerpreise sind kein Schnäppchen und haben ihren Preis. Da muss auch der Gegenwert passen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sofort freundlichst begrüßt und sehr nett empfangen, die nette Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen ein gratis upgrade und hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Beim Abendessen hatten wir einen sehr lieben Kellner (Luca), der uns auch durch den ganzen Abend begleitet hat. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war einfach wunderbar!

Im Zimmer waren die Fenster dreckig, ich schätze Mal vom Regen auch Spinnweben waren am Fensterbankerl. Der Wellnessbereich war nicht so sauber wie erwartet, im Solebecken fanden wir ein gebrauchtes Pflaster was sehr unangenehm war.

Habe einen tollen Geburtstag gefeiert.

Schöne Lage, tolle Ausstattung, toller Wellnessbereich und sehr nettes Personal. Überraschungen zu meinem 70er.

Im Wellnessbereich sollte zumindest eine Person zugegen sein, damit man die nassen Handtücher austauschen kann. (Uns hat aber eine Dame von der Reinigung mit frischen Handtüchern ausgeholfen) Die Türen zum Außenbereich des Wellnessbereiches konnten teilweise nur von innen aufgemacht werden. Ich war leider ausgesperrt und mußte von meiner Gattin befreit werden. Hier wären Hinweisschilder angebracht. Die Ausfahrt von der Tiefgarage war spiegelglatt, so daß ich mit dem Wagen hängen blieb. Vielen Dank dem Herren der Rezeption und seinem Kollegen, die mich aus der misslichen Lage befreit haben.

Für uns war es einfach perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und nett. Es gab ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen war ein Traum. Das Hotelzimmer war groß und sehr geräumig. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel aufsuchen und ein paar Tage dort verbringen.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Abendessen war gut, serviert gibt es Hauptspeise und Dessert, Rest vom Buffet Frühstück ausreichend Peronal freundlich, aber ersichtlich gestresst beim Abendessen Zimmer schön Kältebecken schön kalt

Wir waren vor ca. 8 Jahren schonmal im Pichlmayrgut - Leider hat sich in dieser Zeit fast nichts getan bzw. vieles liegen gelassen. Leider haben am ersten Tag die Außensaunen nicht funktioniert bzw wurden diese erst sehr spät eingeschaltet und waren dann nicht warm, am zweiten Tag zwar eingeschaltet aber die Panoramasauna unseres Erachtens zu kühl (nur ca. 70 Grad um 17:00), keine Duschmöglichkeiten bei den Außensaunen - fenerell ist keine richtige Abgrenzung von Nackt zu Textilbereichen - teilweise waren auf der Terasse direkt vorm Nackt-Saunabereich bei den Liegen andere Gäste in Kleidung und können dann in den Nacktbereich sehen, meine Abgrenzung auf der Terasse von Hallenbad und Saunabereich. Außensaunen sind eigentlich im Textilbereich, alle vom Solebad können hinübersehen und die einzige (warme) Dusche ist direkt beim Außenbad - sehr ärgerlich nach einem Saunagang! Generell war uns der Wellnessbereich zu verteilt und unübersichtlich, lange Wege, verwinkelt, und keine klare Trennung der Nackt und Textilbereiche für uns ein No-gi Auch das Tepidarium und Kräuterbad hat nicht funktioniert - so waren für das volle Hotel nur 2 Saunen da, die extrem klein sind - es gab oftmals Wartezeiten, da maximal 6 Personen (dann nur eng sitzend) Platz hatten. Das Hotel ist generell sehr renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen - es bröckelt der Putz, Holz ist abgenutzt, man sieht Wasserschäden im Hallenbad, überall merkt man, dass schon länger nicht mehr ausgebessert wurde - wasser empfanden wir im Hallen- und Solebad als zu kalt. Abendessen war gut und ausreichend, am Buffet immer recht viel los, auch beim Frühstück, teilweise fehlten um 9:00 schon Brotkörbe, Gläser, Tassen, Wurst,...

We have problem only with TV. In every country is normal, that basically can be seen national channels, but everywhere they have English, French, Spanish or other foreign Channels as well. This was for the first time, when only one language was used (German). It was strange, because some of staff persons spoke only English and do not understand German.

overpriced hotel with good catering close to ski slopes

- location: close to several ski resorts, with great views - food: very rich and tasteful breakfast buffet and dinners - pools: outside pool and indoor swimming pool - shuttle service to ski resorts

- price/performance: hotel with the worst price-performance ratio we visited, totally not worthy 600 EUR/night we payed for the deluxe room (2 adults. 2 kids) with half-board - room: we had a room in Fasanerie building, that needs an urgent reconstruction. the room was clean, but worn-out a lot. our room had a connection to the room next to us and we could hear people from other room snoring in the night! - wellness area: 2 out of 4 saunas (dampfbad) out of order, most of the jets in the whirlpool were malfunctioned and were making weird nosies. wellness is closing at 8pm, so no way you can go there after the dinner.
