Excellent location for skiing and exploring the town.

Buffet could be a liitle bit richer, but all in all everybody can find something. One big minus was that saunas were closed during our stay (BSB concert; but I didn’t catch how these two should be related).

Good location next to the gondola

On Booking they state that there's a parking garage for the guests of the hotel, WHICH I DIDN'T get, because they said it was already full. It was a lie. I checked 5 times and there were many empty parking spaces, but they made me park my car in the gondola garage, because it is twice the price and they have a contract with the parking garage. On top of all, they tried to charge me for 3 days parking instead of 2. Luckily I checked the receipt and requested 14 euros refund. The coffee was the worst one I've ever tasted, it was like muddy water. One of the staff was supposed to speak 5 languages, but she didn't speak clear any of them and made check-in very very challenging. One random person showed up at my door but didn't speak English and just went away.

Perfect, central location and ideal for us as a family - delicious breakfast buffet and happy staff.

We've stayed at this property many times and again were so pleased with the service. I like to modern look and feel of the hotel and that it's so central in Schladming. Amazing staff, really engaging and so keen to help and make us feel welcome again. We stayed with our primary school-aged son and the room was perfect with the sofa beautifully made up as a third bed. Really appreciated that.

Excellent staff in restaurant. Spacious rooms, good wellness and tasty food. It was worth it to change to half board. Both breakfast & dinners had variety of food on offer incl.vegan, gluten-free and lactose free options.

The rooms were cozy. Hotel staff is amazing, very friendly. Highly recommend the restaurant as well.

Superb

The perfect location in Schladming during summer. The terminal for all hiking buses is just outside of the hotel. Superb breakfast. Beautiful large roof terrace. Super friendly staff.

The room was simple and a little under-equipped: no fridge or kettle (we paid extra for those). No A/C, which means the room can get quite hot during summer days.

very pleasant stay

Very good location (close to the center, gondola, public transport) and surrounded by mountains. Extremely nice staff, special thanks to the Hungarians. The rooms are quiet and there are plenty of space to organise our belongings. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very modern furniture. Rooftop with good view.
