Very nice place to have a winter vacation

Nice hotel, good location for skiing. I personally liked the food. The room is big and nice. Very clean and quiet, nice view. Ski equipment storage room is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and assist with any questions or need

Good vacation

Hotel was clean , rooms are big and food was very good.

Hotel is 3 stars not 4 at advertised . Bed is little bit uncomfortable and some waitresses are little annoying with offering drinks every 5 minutes at dinner .

Enjoyable stay

The breakfast was excellent and the personal service of a family hotel was nice. The room was large, had nice views, with an alcove granting privacy for our daughter. The stay included a pass to lifts which was nice. We checked in later than planned or allowed, which wasn't a problem for them. Good customer service.

It was a very enjoyable stay in one of our favorite areas of Austria.

Great location. Breakfast and dinners were included. Convenient to the places we had planned to visit, and we had stayed there once before.

We were basically happy with our choice. Cannot think of anything specific we did not like. Maybe more choice for the dinner menu.

My one gripe would be the bed pillows. This was common on our trip but the pillows were bad. Your head goes straight to the mattress. Had to use some of our clothing to prop up the pillows.

We was as the whole group 10 people very satisfied from the first moment to the last. All was prepared at our arrival. we just pick up the key and join fantastic dinner. Rooms was clean and perfect enough for the stay. Big enough for 2 persons to spend holiday. All 10 had nice light rooms and perfect clean every day. Food was excellent every day. Choice of 3 main courses with salad, soup and dessert. restaurant and bar open until you leave. Never a problem with anything like changes or different food. Always smiling personal including the owner who help solve all things we need. Ski bus in front of the hotel. The biggest contribution to the fantastic stay beside mention all positive things already was the personal. Always helpful and smiling. highly recommend to stay here even if location is perhaps not absolutely top, but ski bus solve that as well. car take less then few minutes to downtown of Schladming.

Very nice hotel, cozy rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. Meals selection excelent (breakfast and dinner). Locatiom aslo great, accessible to ski area in 7 minutes by car to Pichl or Planai. Also option of skibus which stops right infront of the hotel.

Everything was great! Employees were very nice, it was clean, on a good location but 1 night was not enough, I'll be back for sure! The only reason I gave 9 is because the elevator didn't work and we were on a last floor with lot of luggage a dog I needed to carrie up and down.

Place to relax far from crowd

I liked dinner and breakfast very much. Sauna area is small, but functional and nice - you can relax there after your ski day. The hotel and the surrounding area are quite. The staff is extra friendly and polite.

We really liked the hotel. The food was great, breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed hotel wellness, small, but nice saunas with the view of the country. There is also a skibus stop, just before the hotel.

Was a great holiday a bit isolated from the city. In our case it was an advantage, we didnt mind.

We stayed all week as 3 adults and 1 twelve years old child in one room. It was spacy enough, very well isolated walls so very silent place. Super breakfast. For dinner we had to select the main course, choice could be bigger, but was always very tasty.

We were unlucky with bad smell at the toilet. Probably not due to insufficient cleaning, but due to construction problems.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good choice for breakfast including fruit and typical cheese. Good dinner with variety of salads and choice for the main course, also vegetarian friendly. Beautiful view from the restaurant and also from the balcony. Friendly farm animals from little local farm and deers. The stay include the Schladming Sommer card with many choice of activities. Nice calm location but with good accessibility.

Our balcony was shared with an other room. It would be nice to make a little separation between the two but it wasn´t a big problem.
