A lot of help for a perfect stay

Great for a couple of nights, but there is noise disturbance from other guests.

They were very friendly, and gave us some extra comforts for our dogs. We were able to pay when checking in so all we had to do when checking out was leave the keys in the room. Very convenient. Breakfast was nice, bread, cheese, meats and veggies and then various cereals. The view from our balcony was also stunning.

I’ve noticed this in other reviews but the walls are very thin, we could hear all our neighbours. We were there for the ski opening concert, as were many other guests, and we could hear them all coming back and partying in their rooms after. This appears to be a common complaint with many guests who have stayed there. We didn’t report it because it was mostly in the early hours and there is nothing the hotel can do about it. Perhaps as this is a common complaint they could look into sound proofing.

A lovely alpine hotel room above Schladming, with very easy late check in, parking and a clean and comfy room and shower room. The balcony was a great bonus, but I really wish we had a room to the front for the better views, especially as the rooms aren’t too large so you don’t want to sit in there and prefer to sit outside. The hotel is a very short driving distance to the town with many restaurants and the nearby cable cars. The summer pass is such a plus and great value. I wish we had stayed here longer, but will maybe look at the apartments next time for a bit more space. Breakfast was simple and vegans were catered for with milk alternatives, along with bread and jam. It’s great the hotel accepts dogs and provide bowls and a bed (although not at breakfast as it’s quite a small space), but there’s an additional cost which I feel should be in the description on booking.com so it’s transparent prior to booking.

Nothing, it was all great including the quality, cleanliness and location. I just wish we had a room facing the front for better views - so if possible try to request this!

Friendly and professional staff. Close to the city, fantastic view from the balcony.

For people my age and those with physical disabilities, there is no elevator that would take you up to a high place. (at least that's what we saw)

The breakfast was good, very simple check-in, nice parking spot behind the hotel, clean, nice view

One major flaw in the design of the balcony. A women took a peak from the balcony next door and saw me naked in my bed. It was unpleasant for her and for me. The hotel could do some work and raise the walls separating the balconies from one another. It was useless this way, you have 0 privacy on the balcony and in the room.

Picturesque view on the mountain

We had a great time, really great place, awesome breakfast and very friendly staff.

Our room's bathroom window was facing some corridor,which was accessible by everyone, so they could easily look in the window. That door at the end of the 2nd floor corridor should be closed 🔐

Superb

The hotel is in a very quiet part of Schladming located on a hill. It is 10 minutes walk to the centre. The rooms are very modern and nice. Completely renovated. We slept with windows opened and it was so quiet and so relaxing. The parking lot is free right behind the hotel. We got summer card which means you have like 4 cable cars including the Dachstein one for free.

The breakfast was the same everyday. We stayed for 5 nights so it was a bit repetitive. Our sheets were dirty when we arrived to the room and it was difficult to manage a new ones as the reception and check-in is in another building and we were tired after the ride.

We arrived a day early so they were able to find a room for us in the sister hotel- Erzherzog johann, which was amazing. Excellent breakfast, sauna, and room facilities.

Very good breakfast, nice mountain views from the balcony. Close proximity to the ski slopes. Beautifully fitted sauna relaxation area with 100 year old log elements. Ski room with boot dryers

Just a minor comment: had to pickup keys from another hotel across the street, perhaps a safe box for these could be handy

Breakfast was great. Self service and a wonderful choice allowed for essential fueling for the day

Fresh orange juice didn't seem to be available which I always find to be an essential part of the 'waking up' process!

it was a basic stay, too expensive for what it really offers

Location of the facility is ok, close to the skislopes (ca 100 m), facility was clean, room service on time and good.

There is no reception - the one inthe hotel accros the street operates only til 5 pm - no help ossible over night. Rooms are small, wifi slow. The rooms are far from sound proof, all the al talking& walking, flusingng in next rooms are like in your room. Breakfast very basic, no e.g. fried eggs or something like that possible, fruits limited to apples and in our case melon. Parks paces very small. sauna very small and not properly maintained - odor of mold.

Perfect stay

Really friendly staff and easy uncomplicated check in. Room was very spacious and the third bed was an actual bed and not only a couch :) the room was clean and quiet. There even is a little fridge. Parking is easy. The breakfast was nice with everything you could wish for !

We got an upgrade to the Erzherzog-Johann Hotel to which the Landhaus Hubertus belongs to. The stuff at Erzherzog-Johann Hotel is super friendly and made the reservations for some day trips for us, e.g. Dachstein gondola. The breakfast included everythings which can be expected, e.g. eggs, sausages, cheese, müsli etc. We got a room with balcony. It was very clean and comfy. The Erzherzog-Johann Hotel is located next to the Landhaus Hubertus in Rohrmoos which is several high meters above Schladming (15 min foot walk). If you stay 2 nights or more, you receive the summer card which offers either free entry or discount to a variety of activities in the area of Schladming.

Landhaus Hubertus is advertised as ski-to-door hotel, which was not accurate. It's very close to the slopes and lifts, but you can't reach any directly by skis from hotel.

Stunning view hotel in a great location

You may think that the price is not worth it, maybe sounds expensive at the first glance, but then you receive the summer card for Schladming, in this summer card you have included rides with the cableways ( a ride to the glacier is around 45 EUR per adult/ round-trip ), you have free public transport and many other things, check summer card webpage. Breakfast fantastic, couldn't be better. looking forward to visiting the hotel in winter
