Great hotel for a nice stay!

The room was very cozy and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with check-in/check-out. The hotel's location was also quite good and convenient for me, as I was staying there during my ski trip. Breakfast was tasty and overall nice, but it would be even better if the choice of dishes was a little wider. Pizza in the hotel cafe was also really good!

I didn't really like the pillows. They were too thin and not as comfortable as they could be.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, especially for skiing — just a short walk to the slope. The food was very nice and enjoyable. We would happily come back again.

The only small thing we missed was a bin for dog waste, which would be very useful for guests traveling with dogs.

Beautiful view, friendly hosts, wonderful hotel.

The location was great - right near a main bus stop and perched on a hill with a beautiful view of the alps. The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room was in working order. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Very nice view

It is a nice cozy house with adorable view from your room. Heating room and ski/snowboard storage is available. Always parking space available. Tasty breakfast with brilliant coffee. Nice pasta is the evening at good price. Welcoming staff.

There is no dedicated smoking area and when other guests smoke in front of the entrance or in the balcony - the room is full of smoke, middle of the night or super early morning. Pillow need to be refreshed. Would be good to have a kettle and at least soap in a room.

Great mountain experience

Booking.com mentioned prepayment 50% at booking which was not true and 100% were due at checkout, which lead to unnecessary discussions between host and guest. Booking.com should clean that up!

Unpleasant owner, no ANY COVID measures, poor breakfast, closing the bar at 21:40 so whatever you have order you have to take to the room otherwise owner want to call police!!! I have felt like INTRUDER there not like a guest on holidays. SAD but true. The pavements were not un- snow so my Son fall over on the way to the car - what owner said? “Vorsicht!”

Great stay, can recommend.

The hotel is located very close to the nearby town, even though we didn't use it there is a bus stop only like minute or two from the hotel that will take you to Schladming and in 5 min walk one is close to other hotels with restaurants and handful of shops nearby area. The restaurant in Perner hotel is very nice with decent prices for meals and deserts. The staff was nice and the owner of the hotel was constantly seen chatting with the guests and engaging them, so one felt comfortable to ask for any advice or tip for a trip. The summer card that is available for local attractions was very useful and saved us lot of money especially on the lifts to mountain tops, which where free (otherwise can be rather costly). The room was clean and comfortable for 3 and had a balcony even though it was not mentioned in description so that was pleasant surprise. The bathroom was big and clean with blow drier, just had no amenities such as soap or shampoo or anything else. But we got fresh towels every day. The breakfast was very nice. Overall very nice experience for few days stay.

We didn't really miss it that much, but it might be relevant to some to know there is no fridge in the room and no coffee/tea pot or glasses or mugs. Might be useful to take additional plug, depending on how many devices one has. And no amenities like hand soap, shower soap or shampoo.

The host and the staff is very nice and welcoming, the breakfast is sufficient, the environment is beautiful, the room was comfortable for a 1 night stay

Disappointing

Nice, clean hotel, good location, nice and helpful personal in restaurant, good house keeping, amazing view of the mountain from the balcony

Very bad approach of the owner - wrongly installed door handle in bathroom - got stuck in bathroom first day, the whole stay the door was not repaired .and finally we were charged 117 Euro for repair even it was not our fault (material cost for screws was 3,5Euro). The whole issue was discussed in the miidle of the full restaurant which was absolutely unprofessional - nobody was willing to discuss and watch what happened. Accomadation presented as dog friendly but no dog rubbish bins anywhere installed. We paid 10 Euro per night for dog, at the end we were charged another special fee for the reason the dog was in bed - no notice it is not allowed

The hotel is located in a great place, quiet and with amazing views. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast plentiful and delicious, the rooms clean and cozy, there was also very good WIFI even in the rooms.

Hotel doskonale usytuowany, blisko do stoku (można przejść na nartach), super widoki, blisko przystanek z którego można wygodnie dojechać do centrum Schladming. Pomieszczenia na sprzęt wygodne, możliwość zjedzenia na miejscu pizzy czy makaronu. Doskonałe sery i wino serwowane wieczorem. Pokoje wygodne, czyste, zdecydowanie bardziej przytulne niż na zdjęciach, codziennie sprzątane. Duży, wygodny parking.

Super lokalizacja, 200 m do trasy narciarskiej. Pokoje duże , czyste i funkcjonalnie urządzone. Narciarnia super - ogrzewanie butów bardzo dobre- ciepłe przez całą noc , a nie tylko 2 h nad ranem. W narciarni stół z żelazkiem i imadłami do robienia nart.

Śniadania niestety bardzo monotonne i kawa mogłaby być lepsza (nie można zamówić np. Cappuccino) .

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist toll. Frühstück war okay… Wir haben es kurzfristig gebucht.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 4 Personen mit zwei Doppelbetten gebucht (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Das zweite Bett war ein ausziehbares Sofa, nicht wirklich für schaffen geeignet… für eine Nacht hat es gepasst aber für längere Zeit nicht zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Das Bad ist sauber.

Skvělé, levné ubytování pro lyžaře.

Výborná poloha kousek od sjezdovek a stanice skibusu. Ale tvrzení "možnost dojet až před vchod na lyžích" je nesmysl, musíte pár set metrů na / ze sjezdovky cupitat. Dobré snídaně. Sauna. Dostatečná kapacita parkování zdarma přímo před vchodem. Příjemný pan majitel, ochotný poradit.

Zvenčí volně přístupná lyžárna (ale je možné si půjčit zámek) - lidi si většinou proto ukládali lyže do jiné místnosti určené pro ukládání bot a přístupné pouze z hotelu.

Perfekt

Das Frühstück war super und man hat sogar, wenn man zu spät war, eine Wurschtsemmel extra bekommen. Der Willi ist ein lieber und fantastischer Gastbeber, so wie sein gesamtes Team und die Gäste, denen wir begegnet sind. Die Abende waren super gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Preis/Leistung passt total. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Danke Willi, Franky & Mirsada, dass wir uns bei euch wie zu Hause fühlen durften. Insider: Unsere Wutschweine kommen heute an.
