Great customer experience

We were spending ski holiday there. There are great ski lockers with drying system available, the drying system can be operated via control pannel in the room. Also worth to mention the free of charge sladges that are available for the hitel guests, which can be used on the slope just behind the building. Our 9 year old has had so much fun ride sladges in the evening. Overall great place, highly recommended for families.

Wonderful stay with stunning view

The accommodation feels very homely and welcoming from the very beginning. You will find there everything, what you love at your home. The room is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds, beautiful lighting, plenty of storage space, and a warm hygge-style atmosphere. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail, including modern lighting controls and tasteful bathroom details. Breakfast is varied, beautifully presented, and delivered directly to the room, allowing you to enjoy it in complete comfort. The breathtaking view of the Dachstein and the location close to nature make this place truly special. We would happily return.

Wonderful stay in gorgeous location.

Absolutely high-end finishes on all the furniture, appliances and utensils in the apartment. We loved the cozy fireplace. Very well thought-through design of the apartment and the whole house (such as individual drying cabinets for winter gear). Heinz and Anita are fabulous, knowledgeable hosts and Anita does great massages and physiotherapy.

We liked every detail of our stay.

Great place in the alps!

The location is great, multiple very high level ski resorts in the area and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room was very good, equipped with everything that you might need. The host, Heinz, was great. He helped as plan out our days, gave great recommendations and truly cared that our dats are spent in the best way possible. He even gave us his son’s personal sled to take our daughter sledding :)

The location has a stunning view of the montain, the staff is friendly and helpful, and basically made a tailored experience, even calling thenselves the places for us to just arrive and enjoy the winter in the best spots around. The hotel is new, the heating was perfect, and made sure to provide a flawless experience.

Incredible location, and a host that exceeded all expectations. Heinz truly goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable, is available for any questions and helps to plan your trip and say not just while you stay there but also gives recommendations moving forward. We got a stunning free upgrade, both rooms were equipped with anything you could need, clean and great for cooking at the apartment. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly highly recommend

The location is absolutely breathtaking - you have the most incredible views from your balcony and you have the best walks from your doorstep. The apartment was very luxurious with a great balcony. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful if you wanted your days planned for you.

Alpin Residenz Dachsteinperle is a fantastic place with an amazing panoramic view of the mountains. Great location in Dachstein. The apartment is large, modern, clean and very comfortable. Heinz was a very helpful and friendly host, he took the time to explain hiking options in the area and tips for good restaurants. We had an excellent, relaxing stay and we enjoyed the beautiful landscape.

A perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality — truly a memorable stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. I genuinely wished I had more time—I would’ve gladly extended the trip. Breakfast was delivered right to our door and felt quite luxurious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with everything looking brand new. My family had a fantastic time, and I’d definitely love to stay here again if we return to Austria. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We received a free pass for nearby attractions and detailed maps of all the must-visit spots. When we arrived late in the evening, he even reserved seats for us at a nearby restaurant. His hospitality made our experience even more memorable.

I have no complains. Everything was up to the mark and beyond.

A relaxing aerie among the Alps

incomparable mountain views and genuinely warm host made the stay the best 2 night we had in Austria.

beautiful furnishings and high end finishings from the kitchen to the bathrooms. all major supplies for cooking were provided for a comfortable stay. the unit we stayed at had had light filled rooms, with breathtaking views from all sides. beds were comfortable, and place incredibly peaceful. if u love nature and mountain getaway, this is perfect.

additional toiletries could be provided for the shower setup.

Dachsteinperele was great! It is in a wonderful location close to everything, from Ski, to hiking routes, the Iceberg and other attractions. The apartments are beautiful, clean and well equipped, we had all we needed if we wanted to prepare dinner at home, and the best 5-star breakfast when we asked for it! Heinz, was not only our landlord, but also a tourist guide, mentor, and coordinator! He sent us to the most beautiful places, considering the weather, holidays and all relevant parameters and helped us with advice, equipment and even coordinating the restaurant when we needed help! We enjoyed the spring, for both hiking, as well as some late winter ski – all was great, and the place has a nice ski room for the equipment. Highly recommended!

An incredible residence for connoisseurs of true comfort

Everything! it’s completely incredible. Cozy well planed apartment with a view for a million. Completely equipped kitchen with everything you can think about. Wines in the mini bar satisfy the taste of any connoisseur :) Breakfast in a room was delicious either. We stayed with family and a cat, even cat was completely satisfied:) And what about service? it a brilliant standard of hospitality! Great value for money 100%.

Amazing base for this region. Heinz is an excellent host, and the property is just spectacular. You have got to check out the studio with its own fireplace. Superbly designed and flawlessly built. The local knowledge really helped us plan a great itinerary for our visit.
