Schöne Auszeit als Familie

Personal sehr freundlich & Service super. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist kinderfreundlich. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter (1,5 Jahre). Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Auszeit als Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Traum aus Holz und Herzlichkeit

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wahnsinnig gemütlich mit Blick auf den Dachstein. Ein Traum. Die Dusche bot viel Platz und man konnte sich ohne anzustoßen duschen und abtrocknen.

Leider wurde nicht überall geputzt. Die Betten und das Bad wurden täglich gemacht, aber die Decken und Kissen auf dem Sofa wurden nicht aufgeschüttelt und hinter dem Sofa lag noch Dreck und ein Badeschlappen vom Vorgänger. Vielleicht sollte man da auch mal hinschauen.

Penthaus. Olbrzymi i doskonale wyposażony apartament. Dużo przeszklenia i świetne widoki z tarasu. Dobrze położony obiekt. Do Rittisberg można w 15 min dojść na piechotę. Bardzo miła obsługa. Zostawiliśmy jedną torbe z rzeczami. Obiekt upewnił się czy to są nasze rzeczy i obiecał wysyłkę. Szczerze polecamy

Penthaus przewidziano dla 4-6 osób a na olbrzymim tarasie tylko dwa leżaki. Taras jest niezadaszony i w czasie deszczu nie do użytku. Przydałoby się zadaszyć np markizą część tarasu. Jeden malutki parasol w nienajlepszym stanie technicznym nie załatwia sprawy. Cena mie obejmuje codziennego sprzśtania . Pobierane jest 120 euro za sprzątanie końcowe.

Sehr schöne Holzchalets mit guter Ausstattung. Super freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht mehr so gut, seit das Restaurant verpachtet wurde. Der Kaffee schmeckt leider gar nicht, weil der Kaffeeautomat völlig falsch eingestellt ist. Der Saft aus dem Automaten ist sehr künstlich, alle Eier-Varianten waren eiskalt und von leckerem Alm-Käse kann man nur träumen, es gab nur eine Sorte Industrie-Scheibenkäse. Schade…bei dem Preis hatte ich mich auf eine leckeres Frühstück gefreut!

Im Sommer viel zu heiß

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück

An den Gebäudefassaden wurde sehr viel Glas eingesetzt, das macht die Chalets zwar angenehm hell, aber leider auch heiß. Im Ergebnis wälzten wir uns bei 30°C durch die Nächte.

Modernes, gemütliches und hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel mit grandiosem Blick!

Modernes, hochwertig und ruhiges ausgestattetes Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage mit Blick auf das Dachsteingebirge. Da wir erst nach 18.00 Uhr angereist sind, war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und wir konnten bequem über einen Keysafe einchecken. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Balkon gebucht - leider hatte unser Zimmer keinen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat konnten wir unkompliziert ein neues DZ mit Balkon beziehen. Das ganze Hotel ist mit hochwertigen Materialen ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß. Beim Frühstück gab es viele regionale Produkte und es war alles frisch, lecker und ausreichend. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich, engagiert und konnten uns viele Tipps geben.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Apartment hat alles geboten was man sich wünscht, toll eingerichtet, sauber, bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Auch das Rittis Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir können uns an sich über nichts beschweren. Frühstück eher kostspielig, aber von guter Qualität. Ist dann jeden selbst überlassen, ob er diesen Service nutzt. Unsere Hunde hätten sich über einen Napf im Zimmer und ein kleines Willkommens-Leckerli sicher auch sehr gefreut.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Ankunft im Rittis war schon sehr schön, wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und über alle wichtigen Dinge informiert. Das Appartement 302 war super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen super Blick auf das Dachsteingebirge. Die Saune haben wir auf Grund der sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht genutzt, dafür aber das Fitnessstudio. Es ist zwar klein, aber für uns war es vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell in Ramsau oder Schladming. Auch unser Hund war herzlichst Willkommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Recommend if you like to have a quiet yet active holiday in between the mountains and nature.

The Staff in general inkl. Elena and Restaurant Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and have everything you need. Location very beautiful and quiet surrounded by Mountains everywhere. Sommercard was a very nice addition as we entered many attractions for free.

Extra pillows would be a nice addition as the pillow types in the rooms can be very flat.

Stylische Anlage mit tollen Ausblicken

Riesiges Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Rittisberg und Dachstein. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Viel Holz, es roch sehr gut. Frühstück: vielfältiges Buffet, obwohl zu unserer Zeit wenig Gäste da waren. Das Restaurant haben wir Abends für einen Absacker genutzt. Sehr gutes WLAN, grosse Garage. Die Anlage besteht aus 5 Einzelhäusern, mit jeweils EG und 1. Stock an einem Hang. Dazwischen Wiese.

Man geht über eine Betontreppe im Freien zu den Häusern. Bei Regen, Schnee, mit Kinderwagen, mit Gehbeeinträchtigung stelle ich mir das nicht so angenehm vor.

Ein perfekter Familienurlaub in der wunderschönen Ramsau – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einige wundervolle Tage im Rittis Alpin Chalets Dachstein verbracht – und es war einfach alles bestens! Die Chalets sind nicht nur wunderschön gestaltet mit viel Holz und Liebe zum Detail, sondern bieten auch höchsten Komfort. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Kombination aus moderner Ausstattung und gemütlicher Atmosphäre – inklusive privater Sauna, Kamin und traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral für zahlreiche Aktivitäten – ob Wandern, Radfahren oder ein Ausflug zum Rittisberg. Auch für Kinder gibt es in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Modernes Hotel in schöner Lage

Modernes Hotel, tolle Lage, Garagen- u. Außenparkplätze vorhanden, Fitnessraum und Sauna - alles in gutem Zustand, gutes Frühstück

Hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht, da es sich im Obergeschoß befindet und zusätzlich auch eine schöne Aussicht bietet. Leider wurde uns bei der Ankunft aufgrund eines technischen Defekts in unserem Zimmer stattdessen ein Appartement im Erdgeschoß über dem Müllplatz inkl. dazugehörigem Gestank zugewiesen. Das hat uns nicht begeistert. Wir hätten uns zumindest eine kleine Entschädigung (z.B. Gutschein für Cafe, Kuchen, Wein, o. Ä. erwartet)

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial im Service.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung sowie die Zimmer sind sehr modern und neu. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Für ein Hotel in dieser höheren Preiskategorie war das Frühstück eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und es wurde immer nur eine kleine Menge an Speisen bereitgestellt. Es ist unklar, ob dies dazu dient, den Gästen stets frische und warme Speisen zu bieten, oder ob es lediglich eine Sparmaßnahme ist. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt, jedoch wurden die Kapselkaffees sowie die Bodylotion am zweiten Tag nicht mehr nachgefüllt – es wurden lediglich die Handtücher ausgetauscht.

Pokoje byli celé zařízeny dřevěným nábytkem, velmi prostorné. Personál milý a ochotný. Snídaně výborná je vidět že na ni nešetřili. Možnost večeře v hotelu - která byla opravdu vynikající - použití kvalitních surovin, výborné byli i dezerty. V porovnání s jinými hotely na velmi vysoké úrovni. Super wellnes, výhled z balkonu

Wonderful calm

Incredibly nice staff. To our surprise, we got an apartment. Spacious spaces, two bathrooms,(robe, slippers). Finnish sauna, comfortable bed, wonderful wooden interior. Fireplace, quality porcelain in the kitchen,(nespresso capsule coffee machine). Super terrace with an incredible view of the Dachstein. Silence, peace, complete relaxation. It was like a dream to have a sauna in the apartment after the hiking. Ramsau can be reached on foot within half an hour. The Dachstein glacier car park is 15 minutes by car. Filzmoos with the marmots is only 10 km. 20 minutes by car. Rittisberg is less than 6 km away, a must for families with children :). There is a small fitness room. Lucky for us, we were the only ones using it when the rain came down. Correct treadmill, rowing bench, TRX, weights, SMR foam rolling. We made ourselves delicious teas. We loved it :). I highly recommend this accommodation! We felt fantastic!!!

There are very few vegetables at breakfast. In any case, the organic juices, delicious coffee and fresh rolls and the kind staff made up for this lack.
