Location was perfect and staff are very nice.

Unfortunately no AC. However, I think there should be a window screen mesh installed so at least when you keep the windows open, no insects will come inside as a lot of mosquitos will come inside the apartment once the windows are opened.

The apartment is located in an excellent place and close to all the attractions in the area. Amazing view and quiet environment. The apartment is amazing, big and spacious, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, the shower rooms, the living room, etc. There is a small pool in the complex which definitely adds to the fun, parking is graciously adjacent to the building, the owners of the apartment and the service are excellent, courteous and happy to help in anything. In short, it is highly recommended as a place to stay for a slave traveling in the area

I only liked the weather

The staff was so bad. I went the next day after my arrival to reception to make the check-in formalities and she did not even bother to explain about the facility with no smile AT ALL. I had to come every now and then to ask. Terrible staff and because of her i had to leave one day earlier than the planned paid booking. I even asked her to change a 2 euro coin if possible for the laundry machine and she said you can go to the bank. Can you believe it!!!! I go to bank to change a coin of 2 euro.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel with a great location and nice views near the city center. The inclusion of a wellness area in the price was a definite highlight. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and overall, it was a enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, pleasant views, and the added wellness amenities.

One area for improvement would be to provide basic amenities in the room, such as soap.

Moder kitchen, tarace view, walking path for the dog next to the hotel. Cozy loung area where you can rest on sofas or sun deds after sauna or pool.

Too hot in the room and it was hard to regulate room temperature. Too less of basic kitchen equipment (only 2 mugs, glasses, lack of cut board and additional kitchen towel). Small pool - the possibility of swimming only for 2 persons, if more you just standing there. Small sauna.

The Perfect Apartment in Schladming

Great roomy apartment with a perfect panoramic view of the town and the mountains. Located 3 minutes drive or 15 minute walk from the town center, and 20-30 minute drive from tons of hikes and attractions. Apartment was modern, clean and very well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with a laundry machine and everything you'll need in the kitchen. Staff, namely Ivan, was extremely helpful and welcoming and altogether a very nice young guy. Will definitely recommend it, and would return if I'm back in town.

The only 2 minor flaws that prevented the apartment from getting a perfect 100 of a 100 score (and settle for 98 instead...:-)), are the lack of a safe in the room, and the lack of Opaque drapes in the 2 bedrooms, , to block the sunlight in the morning (with sunrise at 5 AM...) there was one in the Livingroom. Other than these minor flaws it was perfect.

fabulous apartment, very nice service, amazing view

the apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. the view from the balcony was amazing. the wellness area was great too. we had a dedicated parking space which was very useful.
