Amazing stay time after time

My wife and I visited this hotel for the 3rd time now, and it did not disappoint yet again. Spacious rooms, with fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing view for Schladming and the mountains in the background.

It was clean and everything needed in the kitchen. Great support from the hotel team, in special from Daniel

Spacious family room with amazing views

Views from the room were amazing. We had a family room which had 2 spacious rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. We could use a sauna which was open until 10pm.

There were some repairs going on at the time of our stay so the restaurant and pool were closed. Family rooms didn't have a lift up to the 6th floor so we had to cary luggage one level.

Nice accomodation

A little bit far from the center of Schladming, but we knew this, so not a problem for us. But as the hotel is situated above Schladming you have a wonderful view over the city and the surrounding area! Good to know that a guarantee of 100 euros is retained and then returned after the check-out (we didn't know about this... it would be useful to write it on booking, so that you know in advance).

Very enjoyable Alpine stay.

Room is very comfortable for a couple. It is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Terrace is super spacious with beautiful views to mountains.

SPA was not operational due to reconstruction, and they didn't bother to offer additional service to compensate.

It is an okay choice if your stay is short.

The view from the front porch was fabulous.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. They need to do something about it. Though they offer breakfast but you can only buy it with cash. There is no nearby ATM. We're charged extra for late checkout. The property blocks 100 euros at the time of check-in. They say they release it at the time of check-out. However, in our case we got it back after one month!

Everything, very polite staff, beautiful rooms with kitchen and sitting area, all items 4-star Hotel could have including gym and spa.

Great view at the mountains.

Cold in the room. Heating was turned off (despite it is available in room description). After intervention at reception "they couldn't do anything, it's controlled for whole building in some central place" - so they are just saving money and don't care for your comfort.

Staff are lovely

We booked this hotel because of the view of the Alps and that was included in the description of the room with the view. Guess what? we have the back view of the hotel, no view at all. So disappointed knowing that we agreed to pay extra for this hotel. Even though we booked only for two nights, our expectation was too high to get and see this lovely view of the Alps. The next day they told us that we can transfer to a room with w/a view but we need to pay extra. Thank you very much but the damage is done and I will not spend another extra penny anymore. So disappointed!!
